It's good place, nice ambience, but more trained staffs required

The Stadel has been portrayed as one of the oldest and a very classy restaurant for many years over the years the food quality has decreased to the point where it's just bearable now for their prices. The ambiance still has the old classy vibes and the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. All of them are pretty busy all the time but you are never kept waiting when you ask for them to come over but at the end of the day, a restaurant is all about it's food and The Stadel has been failing in providing delicious food for quite some time now. Hope that things change for the better!

First Innings Buffet @600/person...its really so nice.. quality was too good specially starters..

The Stadel is nice hotel cum marraige cum party venue set within Salt Lake Stadium. Located 2 km from Salt Lake Central Park and 12 km from Howrah Station.

The rooms here come with flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities; some have minibars. Room service is available 24/7.

The management provided you complimentary Breakfast. There are also 2 restaurants (1 vegetarian) and 2 bars (1 Egyptian themed), as well as a nightclub. Other amenities include a gym, a fitness studio, a spa and an outdoor pool.
There are 2 indoor Halls cum outdoor garden venues for parties and marraige ceremonies.

Went for the buffet Sunday Dinner. Nice seating arrangements, laid back service. Reasonable price, valet parking available. Slow service but good food served.

Very average hotel, nothing to boast about and overpriced, considering the location.

Very beautiful place, all-around greenery, beautyful parks and attractive status, beautiful lighting, open place.

The hotel is located in centre of Salt Lake. They have recently renovated all the rooms, and restaurant. Quality of the food is good. But the rooms are not good as it should be. Specially the bathrooms. They should really look in to it.

We stayed there last june.nice and clean hotel.staff were frindly and helpful.Resturent was nice with there staff.But at the door there was a big marrage hall which produced a big sound as huge men women and car which is very bad.There is another thing that is hotel wifi.Thay everyday change password but actually there are no wifi.

Stadel has many restaurants and banquets. The entrance to the hotel is really cramped. I don't k ow how do they manage their fire permissions because the fire tenders cannot enter freely in case of emergency.

I have been to Rasam (their South Indian restaurant), Heka (Lounge bar) and another bengali restaurant which I don't know, I have never been there.

Heka is decent in terms of ambience. Service wise they are pathetic. Food is even worse. Deep frozen meat which tastes horrible. A manager who ant even pronounce the items on their own menu lol. Music is average. Actually, too loud for a lounge.

Rasam is fantastic. Food is great. But inconsistent. Some days the salt is too much. Human error but that's what these restaurants are not allowed to make such mistakes. There is a peculiar smell of dampness all year through in this restaurant. If you have a good sense of smell you won't be able to have your meal here.

Thali is good here. Even basic dosa and idli is good. Their sambar is awesome. And you will relish the kheer thing at the end of the meal - I think they call it paayesh. It's not part of everything. You have to order it separately.

Visited to meetup with Blind Children of an NGO had a chat with the organisers. Attended the performance of the children and provided goodies. it was a nice experience. The venue was capable of handling the occasion.

Plush, comforting ambience,cool surroundings at the backdrop of majestic Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan,also known as Salt Lake Stadium.Located within the complex. Has 3-4 banquets with one open air arena for wedding cum receptions, office party and other social occasions.The food pricing is costly and non tasty but very hygenic as expected. Parking spaces are reserved but allow your car/cab to go near main entrance door.Overall good.

Very poor service. Half of the items are not available. Staff doesn't know the name of the dishes properly. Very poor experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is a bit away from hustle..in the compound if a world class athelete stadium.. and so quiet atmosphere..fresh air. Service is good and food too.

A good 3 star property to spend a night with all facilities. Better than any small time pathetic Kapoor, Shapoor Residency in Greater Noida !

You get a wide range of foods, total 72 items. Which is really good in this price range. Taste is okay, not that much to talk about. It's new in this city, and as pendamic goes on, they're trying their best to keep hygiene and serves the food on the table.

Food is very good...From starter to Desert all items are well prepared...

We had an organisation party where we had dinner. We had buffet there at night but the food was very bad. 1) starting with starters and mocktails which were very good. 2) main course for both veg and non veg was very bad. Food was not tasty at all 3) Dessert was nice Overall all we just ate starters, mocktails and dessert.

Pretty decent and standard veg restaurant, which is the favourite of many. It is the go to place for peeps looking for an evening of fine veg dining. The food quality is good too that brings a lot of patrons again and again. There are 2 banquet halls and grounds that serves as wedding venues. It gets a bit crowded when there are 2 weddings happening together. Valet parking is available.

Good ambience and decor but food needs improvement.

Nightmare to go if there is any event at the stadium or in then vicinity...police don't allow cars inside and you have to walk a lot to reach the reception or the restaurant or any marriage venue.

I went to this heka Egyptian lounge bar on 14th feb 2021 it is a lounge bar and went on valentine day i had a couple pass which had all inclusive of foods ,live DJ music and alchohol they provided us 02hrs alchohol pouring time. The ambience was very nice it was a very cosy feeling and staff were excellent specially Miss Debdipa she took a good care of us and provided us world class service I must say the company has well trained staff. Because of the good service i will definitely visit again. It was a awesome experience. A five star rating from my side thankyou.
