Great venue and lots of parking. Cafe, bar, music shop, tiered seating in auditorium.

A superb concert in 'Studio 2'. Small, intimate and cozy. Can recommend.

Brilliant place, under threat from nasty developers.

A well designed performance space allowing everyone a good view of the stage with good sound. Outside areas are pleasant too with a great choice of refreshments. Staff very eager to make visitors welcome.

Good venue. I have seen some brilliant performances here by some excellent musicians.

An intimate theatre with friendly staff and good facilities. Some big name celebrities usually play here and you can guarantee a good evening of entertainment. Even the car parking is extremely well organised when you arrive.

Brilliant music and events every time. Immensely good value.

If you haven't been to The Stables before, I strongly recommend that you go... I absolutely love visiting with my friends, the venue is great as is the atmosphere. Can't wait to return again soon.

Lovely little theatre with very friendly staff. The restaurant serves very nice food at a reasonable price but you must book!

Our first experience attending an event at The Stables and I'm sure it won't be the last. It is obvious from the design of the auditorium that it has been designed as a music venue by people with a connection to music with great views of the stage and a more intimate feel than one can experience in a larger theatre. Good prices and friendly, professional staff help to make this a terrific venue.

Having attended several events here over the years, I am feeling very disappointed.



When I tried to use it, I was advised that as it was 13 months' old, it was no longer valid and I had lost all of the credit.

Seems very harsh!

Slightly uncomfortable seats at front of balcony not much leg room.

Although the food was only good, otherwise the Stables is a wonderful venue that I go to 3-4 times a year and I m not a local.

NORTHERN SOUL night with the Edwin Starr band was amazing-we sung and danced the night away at this lovely local venue. No 5th star as the only things that let it down was lack of bar area aearibg and no air con in the auditorium-boy was it hot. Apart from that another great night out at this fabulous place.

Superb sound and great facilities. Staff are friendly and bar service is quick. Location is a little out of the way, but easy to find and lots of free parking. Main hall was very good. I had a balcony seat (BR13) couldn't fault the view or sound, but legroom was tight.

Went to see Adam Hills here and as a wheelchair user I found the staff really helpful and friendly. I've seen many shows here and never received anything but great service.

I have been here many times in the 16 years I have been in MK. They have a wonderful variety of acts and I've never been disappointed. The staff customer service is excellent and very friendly. The main auditorium is nice and intimate (I once danced with a 'Drifter'!). They also do sterling work with music education. A fabulous venue. Long may it continue.

Excellent venue with a great selection of artists, genres and classes.

Overall this is a great venue.
The acoustics can be great although sometimes the mix is not ideal.

Could do with more lighting in the parking area. And could also do with air conditioning in the main auditorium.

But I really like the place and they have a varied selection of events.

First time at The Stables to see Henning Wehn last night. Friendly and efficient front of house staff (including those marshals in the ample car park) and a nice venue.

Intimate auditorium means the whole audience feels close to the action, wherever seated.

Great show, well produced.

A fantastic local venue bringing some wonderful talent into the area. Gigs here feel more like recitals - a rare opportunity to see international acts within arm's reach. Comedy is excellent here, too.
