Came to St Regis for a staycation and was dazzled by the interior. Really love the concept and posh feel of it.
Complimentary butler service was fantastic too and played a huge factor in the experience of the stay! Staffs were really attentive overall and it is worth the price

Ambience was on point, with christmas just around the corner, it was well decorated. staffs were very attentive and takes initiative to engage guests. As I was just attending a wedding banquet, unable to comment on the rooms.

Lovely comfortable bed, and the pillows are nice and large with enough support but not too much. The seating layout in the room catered for whether you wanted to work, watch TV or read a book. Great butler service for hot beverages in your room and a nice selection of tea at the mini bar. The rain shower also had the option of lateral water jets to give you a really good soaking, with sufficient water pressure. The concierge desk was always friendly and helpful; the doormen were cheerful and attentive. The restaurant captains were always quick to inquire and see to your needs. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. We had one minor incident, but that could not detract from the overall experience. If you want to pamper yourself, this is the right place to stay.

Was.not a good experience. Stayed there over New Years Eve and they did not have my roomm ready at check-in. The restaurant, for in-restaurant or private dining never got my order correctly. Staff was courteous though and helpful. Overall they did not impress me that they lived up to the St. Regis standard.
Its a 6 star hotel for plenty of reasons. The rooms are best of the kind. the staff are very friendly and helpful. I went there for BMC Exchange program and the function Halls were perfect for the program and the staff are willing to do the extra or go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction the French cuisine was $55 buffet but didn't try it though. In terms of proximity to Orchard Road and location I can say it's by far the best location for any hotel

It's my first time for me to stay in the St. Regis hotel, which impressed me a lot! The room, facilities, staff and food are perfect. The butler completed my staying experience- no matter a pot of tea after drinking, a cup of coffee in the morning, or shoe shinning just on time. The hotel is located near Orchard Rd, the city center of Singapore, so let's enjoy the tranquil and night life with wonderful stay experience in the St. Regis!

Food is not bad but the service crew could be better trained in being more proactive in attending to the guests rather than being called upon for everything like refilling of drinks.

Pros: the bellman went above and beyond to fix my Rimowa luggage whose wheel was damaged in transit from Bali on Singapore Airlines. Platinum suite award redemption into a 10th floor Caroline Astor Suite. Very warm welcome with cake, rose petals, and balloons for our special occasions. Butler service. Breakfast buffet (make sure you check the entire restaurant as we missed foods our first go around)

Ive been to Yan Ting many times, and have patronised the hotel for event services, amongst other things. The overall ambience in the St. Regis is polished and I highly recommend people who are on the fence over booking the hotel to bite the bullet, the price is worth it.
It was a weekend. Drove my car to the front of the Hotel. A valet took over the car and I went in to have a nice lunch. Came out, took the car back from the valet and drove off. No hassle, no fuss, just the way I like it :)

One of nicest St-Regis I ve stayed in. Location was fantastic, right next to all the shopping you could imagine on Orchard. The hotel facilities are beyond your imagination, every detail has been designed to make this a great experience. The room is really big, nicely appointed, lots of tech to make it easier, comfortable sofas and bed, great lighting, lots of closet space and a nicely appointed bar. The main restaurant in the hotel is really good, best breakfast I ve had in Singapore. The service is exactly what you d expect from an ultra-luxury hotel, lots of helpful staff, speak many languages and always wanting to assist. They have a pool which is big and usually on the quieter side.

Exceptional customer service. All staff were very friendly and so nice. Really loved their house keeping and butler service. Highly recommended especially for family. The rooms were quite big so didn't feel that I was in a hotel room. It was very comfortable to stay long term.
