Was just having drinks in the bar, the decor was very nice. The drinks were pricey. Staff was fantastic.
Very clean and well organized staff are well trained and very familiar with the City
Just asked the concierge a question and he was very helpful and friendly, and we weren't even guests at the hotel!
Really over the top hotel, from the most stunning decor to the best service from any hotel I've visited. They will take care if any need you may want. Take a ride in the Bentley if u have an opportunity.
Our experience was pretty close to perfect. Would've loved to rate them 4.5. we went there for restaurant week. Wait staff was friendly and food quality was exquisite. I recommend trying it out! Good date place.
Had the opportunity to grab drinks at the King Cole bar, it was magnificent. The atmosphere and there staff really mad it a pleasurable experience.
Had to move all of our food to a new table because a rich lady thought we had a nicer view of the sidewalk. Food wasn t bad, but annoying to have to move places.
The Regis is a phenomenal hotel and holiday experience. From the beginning of the experience with the doormen to the front desk and the details of each step is such a phenomenal way to treat their clients/ customers. You won't find better service, cleaner rooms and a better location. New York is incredible in the winter months.
Old money
This is a decidedly unhip hotel seemingly favored by the older generations. The rooms are quite small and I feel somewhat awkward interfacing with the pubic areas such as the lobby. It is near a lot of stuff so that is good.
The Most Wonderful Staff Known To Exist. True "Ladies and Gentlemen".
Fanciest hotel I've ever been in .Hands down. The service was exquisite, the rooms are clean, and the amenities are amazing. I would recommend for anyone to stay!
Best and nicest place I've ever been to. Feel like and are treated like royalty.
Very luxurious. Nice location. Good gym. Excellent breakfast. Butler awful. Furthermore, a little pompous. View of a blank wall.
We spent more than one hour before the waiter stop by and noticed our birthday party. 20 minutes later we got bread. No food been served almos for 2 hours. Horrible way to celebrate a birthday. The food was unremarkable. The price tag was unexpected. For each $58 meal and wine we paid $50 for weak tea and SERVICE!!!!
We were very disappointed as hotel guests we could not get a table for brunch. The staff is quite rude as well. I would not recommend eating here or staying at this property.
This is my favorite Hotel in New York City, I am a very loyal costumer to this hotel, they always treat me like a Queen. They have top services and their staff includong butlers are very well selected and very well trained
I love the St Regis! My husband and I had our reception there, The Library, over forty years ago. Looking forward to a repeat soon!
Haven't been there in some years, but memories are still real. Awesome experience
Was a guest at a special occasion and one of their ballrooms it was Exquisite the food was fantastic the lobby the service and I can only assume that the rooms are top-notch really nice in the center of Manhattan but it must be not that I stayed in the rooms but it must be expensive to stay overnight but if you're looking for a real nice expensive place in Manhattan to hang up your shingle for a couple of nights you can't beat this place the st. Regis
This is the one best hotel in manhattan luxury
Not only in manhattan forbes selected one the best 5 stars all around the world
The place is great
And prepare you even Shattaf bathroom and you with dignity and prayer carpet
But spoke them from Badri Shui
And of course take the distinctive service
It has a high price
We sat there for 5 days
An average of 5500 riyals per night
$ 1500 per night
I mean about 28 thousand for only 5 aak
He booked us through work
Nor for myself impossible to pay the amount on how many nights
Went to the year end party and it was fantastic. The food was great and I could not find a single thing wrong with anything in the hotel.
Nice place. A weeee bit basic for the price. Hallways were hot as Hell.
Amazing hotel , perfect location, such nice people. One of the best places to stay in nyc.
Very nice hotel with well organized rooms and suites and it's not far from major stores like the Apple Store. Overall great hotel
Great location and good service. Though with it's hefty price tag, the expectations are high.
Corporate code users beware. They don't accept badges or business cards at check in to verify, rather, they require you to email them. So, if you're traveling without access to your work email, they deny you or ask to pay the full rate which is often 2x as expensive. Just an awful customer service experience. This is a new rule as of two weeks ago, the front desk claims, that you can't use business cards to verify your place of work.
Room was like a basement with one window the size of a breadbox and looking at a brick wall. Check-in desk staffed with one person while bellmen and concierge desks were over staffed. It s just not worth the spend any more - service is all they had and that s no longer present or consistent. The hotels are outdated vs lower price and better quality options even in the same hotel family.
Definitely a property I will be staying at again. It went above and beyond on my expectations.
The location makes it easy too get to several top restaurants and outstanding shopping. Can easily walk to Central Park but honestly for those that have visited New York, I found it hard to even want to leave the property.
I had the opportunity to experience in room dining, have dinner at the restaurant and visit the Old King Cole Bar.
While I have visited New York City several times staying at this property you quickly tell that it s a frequent of locals also.
Gorgeous room, amazing service. Really enjoyed my stay
Great hotel in a very convenient location. Good venue for a conference or annual meeting.
A beautiful Hotel in a great part of New York. The front office staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help, rooms are modern in decor and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the servers during our stay that we experienced seemed unhappy to be there, this was across both the bar and restaurants. Olivia and Michelle in the other hand we re both fantastic, full of personality and made our time I m both restaurant and the bar memorable. The Sabre experience can t be missed! Overall a great stay.!
Our family favourite hotel in NYC, classy, beautiful, great location for walking on Fifth Ave. and other sight-seeing. Excellent and friendly staff, comforatble rooms and fantastic bar.
They had a terrible scheduling system. Was part of an organization that had an event there for a fundraiser. We got there an hour before my event to set up, but we weren't able to get into the event room/hall because there was a corporate meeting taking place. By the time the hotel staff finish cleaning the space and teardown, we didn't begin setup until 30 minutes before the start of our event. Then, we already had our guests trickling in.
Beautiful Baroque Palace- like Hotel.
On certain days, they offer complimentary Veuve Clicquot champagne. Take a lot of money with you..
One tequila cocktail costs $34.90, not including tip.. I will never go there again.
Perfect stay for our micro-cation. Thank you St. Regis staff, you outdid yourselves on this stay! Our suite was gorgeous! You have spoiled me!
Great location close to avenue of America s and a short stroll from Central Park. Lobby lounge is a bit small, but lovely spot for coffee and drinks with a view of the cathedral. Service, suites and quality are five star.
Hotel is very nice and had top notch finishes. Amenities are high quality. Butler service process was slow and needs improvement.
Beautiful hotel but after spending a ton of money to stay there was not thrilled to get hit with $68 laundry fee for having 4 shirts pressed when I was under the impression that you get 2 shirts/day were pressed complimentary (getting shirts pressed at laundromate around the corner is about $2/each for reference). They were nice enough to room one of the $34 charges ($17/shirt...) when I called to inquire but should have dropped both $34 in my opinion after the amount of money I spent. Room service food is also absurdly overpriced IMO ($40+ for some medicore rigatoni is high way robbery). They lost a customer after this.
Absolutely stunning but the toilet paper was very thin
Luxury hotel brand in SPG group, although now part of Marriott group. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, I was upgraded to St. Regis suite, which is fantastic and the pictures are self explanatory, classy and comfortable. The butler service is awesome, very attentive and thoughtful. A very memorable experience in NYC, will definitely come back again.
Just for a breakfast with chocolate croissant and fresh juice. Very good at Saint Regissian prices.
One of the beautiful buildings in the world fabulous breakfast
Terrific, central location. Phenomenal service. Beautiful room with terrific amenities.
Fantastik!!! Good attention !!! Excellent
Service.
The entire hotel is spectacular! Accommodation was great!
Historic hotel. If have seen The Devil wears Prada, you will notice the King Cole Lounge
The event space us tiny, and very fragmented. Not the ideal setup
My brother lost something in the room and they put all their man power to find and they are really nice and caring.
True 5 stars. Beautiful, modern rooms with latest technology meets old grandeur and classic style. Excellent service. Rooms are all modern, great beds, softest linen you can find. Water, fruit, chocolate get magically refilled within hours. Even the smallest room (superior) is around 400sqft. As good as it gets when you look for a mid town location. Stayed at the Plaza Athenee the night before and this feels like an entirely different universe.
Use the restaurant at a meeting. There is no menu, but soft drinks and coffee are provided for around $ 10, and they feel good for the grade.
Great hotel, but I haven't stayed as a guest in the rooms. Excellent service and classy old world finishes.
It was good. But sometimes it was kinda sad the front desk wasn't the nicest people and all of the hotel doesn't really speak to me.
Lovely room... helpful staff...jazz in lobby bar so relaxing....after a busy day.
In the run-up to Christmas, it's even more beautiful at St. Regis than at other times. Always a top place to be in NYC.
