I've stayed here four times in the last 30 years and this was the first time I was truly disappointed. We were made to wait two hours after we were told we could check in at two, the internet was not working, and the restaurant was woefully understaffed. In fact, the manager of the restaurant told us to complain to the front desk! We arranged a late chekout at time of booking, but they "forgot" the arrangement and wanted to charge us 30 pounds an hour until we vacated the room. Almost forgot to mention the fire alarm going off at 2200 and waking my young girls. Yes, a false alarm. Sadly, we will not be returning to Dolphin House. It was a better place when it was called Dolphin Square.

We booked a serviced appartment but we get only a room in another building. suffer from mosquitoes. Old furniture en tv. Windows and curtains are realy dirty

There's a school right in front of me.
There is not much feeling of being loud.
Reception staff friendly.
There is only a fan, but a window
It does not open all the time and it feels hotter on hot days.
Wai state is superb.

Service is professional and hotel facilities are proper and clean. Rooms are somewhat spartan. No place for personal toiletry in shower, only one towel hanger, in shower, no door stoppers. No electric sockets near bed.

Quiet in the heart of the city close to the London sites.

Lovely place to stay. Pool and gym access, onsite restaurant...it was a great spot. Very pricy by Canadian standards however, and there was no AC, but still a great experience. Very close to Pimlico station, so getting around London was easy.

Convenient central place to stay in London. Reception receives parcels and post. Gym and pool in complex. Supermarket and other amenities close by.

Stayed for a couple of days on a recent trip to London. Apartment were clean and tidy. Great little shopping centre in the block. Didn't get chance to use the pool. Great location. Wifi in our room was poor though

As a visitor to London, and England, the convenience of a hotel combined with the comfortable feeling of a community is a lovely experience. The spa located in the complex is really fabulous, the perfect thing for getting rid of travel stress quickly. The grill and bar has good food for reasonable prices. And being so close to the downtown attractions means that it is easy to walk to most of the tours and outings we have scheduled.

Affordable and not a bad choice for short term living

Luxurious hotel. We only stayed one night but left the next day feeling relaxed. The reception staff were friendly and professional and the facilities were excellent. The room itself was excellent and clean.
The restaurant is a different story in need of a lot of improvement, the breakfast is very disappointing and you are shown to your table and left waiting to figure it out for yourself. Restaurant staff and chef need to be properly trained.

Great property, large bedroom with sitting room, kitchen with all appliances. Swimming pool and spa. Breakfast buffet with excellent products: delicious and fresh muffins, yogurt brittany, cold cuts ..... Kindness of all the staff.

Very good hotel residence with swimming pool sauna and hammam.

Very spacious studio, friendly staff, access to the pool is a plus. The breakfast is very complete with a French breakfest not to be missed !!

A rather bijoux room, but my colleagues always get palatial suites by comparison for the same price. Not figured out how to game the room allocation yet. Ate my takeaway pizza sitting on the end of my bed in front of the telly. Free wifi, a bit slow. Great gym and pool. Can I have a table to eat at next time please, would go well with the kitchenette?

The room was nice for a quick overnight stay. Had issues with the lock which was sorted in the end however took a long time. Was worrying having to go out leaving the door unlocked. On return was told it was sorted and wasn't a problem yet still opened the unlocked door without using the key card. Once asked a third time, a few hours later and a visit from security all of a sudden was sorted. No air conditioning which could be an issue in warmer times so wouldn't visit in the summer. The food in the bar was okay. Had quinoa, avocado and broccoli salad which was all salad leaves and not much else and was charged double for it. After checking receipt and going back it was refunded with no issues. If it wasn't for these issue would have been perfect. Will consider using again in the hope of having no problems.

Excellent, we looked at studios and one bed flats, no dishwasher but everything else. Very clean, well maintained and very quiet.

Great place to stay. Really close to the centre of London. I've stayed here twice now and couldn't fault the apartments. This time we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment free of charge. All three rooms were en-suite. We had a separate lounge and kitchen. The place was immaculately clean.

Breakfast in the bar and grill was really good. We had an evening meal which was ok but nothing special.

The only negative was two of the reception staff were rather unfriendly.

Nice place, clean rooms, good cafe, great location. Staff could use some training in friendliness and ability to stay on task when dealing with customers.

Moat of the breakfast is tasteless. Rooms nice except the double beds are two single mattresses pushed together. Mine were different heights

The apartments are spacious, well equipped and cleaned daily. Huge comfy beds too! Very friendly staff, great location and LOVED my week here. Hope to visit again soon

They are nice and professional, the apartment is clean and we had a nice stay with our baby.

Unfortunately an old building with little opportunity to cool off the apartment in summer. Windows can only be opened a little. Breakfast with little choice.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

problem 1: no air conditioning. we were there in July. the fan is good but does not do the trick. go elsewhere in warm or moderate weather b/c the rooms heat up alot during the day,
problem 2: the pool is great, but it's a community pool and kids are restricted for parts of the day and then may only use one lane.
problem 3: staff don't speak English well and could have been more helpful in various ways.
problem 4: the internet pass code is changed once or even twice in 24 hours, which is unnecessary and annoying.
problem 5: the tub is very high and difficult to get in and out of for young and old.
Yet, the rooms are clean and the price is right for the area, which is quiet and residential. Good gym. small grocery stores on premises.
But the lack of AC in summer would mean we would not stay here again in warm weather.

We stayed here in the summer of 2016. There is no air conditioning and the rooms are unbearable if it's warmer than 22 Celsius. The manager asked inappropriate questions regarding where we were from. This is not a 4 star hotel even for lower European standards for 4 stars.

Very posh apartments, In fact the complex is huge and 'errrmmm'...complex!!? This makes access to a given part of the building a bit of a faff since some entrances are not easily viewable from street level (a problem made worse by ongoing building works and hordings that further obscure these entrances)

No outlets near the bed, no AC, but priced well I guess

We stayed here for a week leading up to Christmas, and would certainly stay again if in London. The apartment is just around the corner from the tube which made it very easy to get around (except Christmas Day where the whole transport network closes, so we just walked...it is fairly close). We enjoyed the apartment over a hotel as it gave us space. Apartment is modern, spacious and clean, but the pillows were a bit lumpy and hard. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a great option.

The gardens were beautiful. An oasis in the heart of London.

Excellent location for exploring London...great proximity to Victoria station. All the conveniences of being at home at an extremely reasonable price. Staff readily responsive to inquiries or concerns. I would reccomend for anyone on a budget looking for a good value.

Excellent accommodation in central London. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Good value, our studio apartment was quite spacious with separate bedroom with extremely comfortable king size bed. Inside, garden facing room very quiet too. Five minutes walk to tube station, 15 minutes walk to Victoria coach hub and only 10 mins from Tate Britain.

Prefer the apartments here to an ordinary small hotel room.

Hidden gem. Need to select the rooms as some better than others and the difference can be a lot for the same price, but for central London, a great alternative to a 3/4 star hotel. The pool and gardens are lovely.

Our stay at Dolphin Serviced Apartments was great from start to finish. We were able to leave our bags when we arrived early and were even upgraded to a suite with a seperate sitting area upon our later arrival back to the hotel. The staff were very professional, cheerful and helpful. As for the rooms, they were large, clean, comfortable (beds were wonderful with lots of pillows!) and had all the amenities to allow you to prepare meals if you desired to. Right within the complex were two small convenient stores, a pool with a sauna and steam room, gym with workout classes and a spa. We tried the pool and sauna and both were very nice. Also on site was a restaurant, but as there are so many great pubs, cafes and restaurants in the area we opted to eat outside of the apartments. There is also a nice outdoor sitting area with a fountain behind the complex. The best thing about the hotel is how it is centrally located to visit the different parts of London by foot or by metro. Only negative is that we only stayed for two days and wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend.

Really poor like something from the 70s the decor is dreadful.

My visit has been great, strong WiFi, very clean entry ways, clean rooms, fast elevators, central location, with in walking distance of bus and tunnel.

Beautiful and spacious apartments with the added benefit of a restaurant and spa. Facilities are clean and well looked after but it is quite expensive so best to keep in mind. However it's a lovely experience overall

Smelled bad. It had a kettle and milk in the fridge. British priorities I guess. For $250 CAD a night feels like a complete scam.

Foundo it a little confusing, but once you see the plates indicating which houses are which, it's easy to walk about.

Excellent location in Belgravia but hard to find. Close proximity to shops, the Thames, the Houses of Parliament, etc. Rooms with plenty of space, split between the bedroom and the living room. Bathroom has a tub that holds a shower. Great English breakfast. Good reception assistance from the staff.

Don't stay if it's hot! There's no AC in the rooms. Other than that the stay is quite lively. The staff is polite and helpful and the rooms are as advertised.

The rooms are relatively no frills. Not bad but not great...they get the job done. We haven't used any of the other facilities here to comment on those. Location is excellent.

We loved staying in their 2 bedroom delux apartment. It was excellent. Decent size for the location and price. Well equipped with all you d expect in an hotel apartment. Great having the shops on the ground floor, especially the laundromat and general store. Excellent pool and gym. Nice being close to the river and public transport. Many of the popular sights are within half an hour walk. Felt safe walking around the area, even at night. The restaurant is ok for a meal if arriving late and don t feel up to searching around, but not a good option otherwise. Need to lift their game for breakfast.

Stayed for a weekend break which included parking and was the really the best value for money in the peak of July summer season. Cheaper than any other room I could find.

Apartments are a nice size with good double bed, decent shower and small kitchen.

The pool was kept well and clean when we visited. We ate out every nigh, but stopped for lunch one day at the on site restaurant and it was very good food. They also have gym and some local on site shops which is handy if you want some milk for tea etc.

Overall an excellent place for a weekend stay in London especially with the free parking. Would stay again and recommend.

Large apartment complex ... It has an ordinary apartment rental annual .. Hotel apartments and rental daily .. The sizes of the apartments are different .. Only the building facing the main street and spacious apartments and high ceilings .. As for the rest of the buildings and the ceilings of normal rooms as well .. A large health club And a large swimming pool .. At the entrance to the complex there are several small shops

Furnished and serviced apartments I do not recommend booking breakfast with him because he only served bread, cheese and honey for free and the rest is paid for the apartment without air conditioning

Great size room, but the permanently on towel rail isn't great in the summer and no ac. Breakfast was good, didn't use the spa or gym but the pool looked great.

Would recommend but the rooms are bit dated as it is an old property, ideal if you're in London for a period on business and want a home from home. 5 minutes to tube and then 10 minutes into the tourist areas so not too far. Not fat from the river and 30 minutes walk to Westminster and the London Eye

Myself, niece from Australia and her 2 small children booked for 3 nights, tues, weds, thurs. Wen we checked in we were told the booking was for weds, thurs, fri! We protested this. They said they didnt have a room available. We kicked up More

Very clean place. We loved the rooms. Staff was very pleasant. Front desk staff was always very accommodating with all our requests. Quiet place with good amenities. Great breakfast place and excellent coffee. A gem in London without a doubt! We will return.

Very reasonable price for a one bedroom apartment in the heart of London. Beautiful peaceful gardens. The bar and grill is currently closed due to Covid but Breakfast is delivered to the apartment
