Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I left my purse in the apartment after checking out and driving back to Manchester and they were so helpful with assisting me with the courier collection I organised. :)

ZERO stars, minus if it were possible. I've stayed here multiple times because of the location and the gym. Unfortunately from management through to reception staff the service has been a consistent repetitive FAIL.. I can't stay here again, even if it was free.!! Take the time to search elsewhere and stay somewhere they appreciate your pound spent.
Very poor service. We booked with the hotel directly just to get the inclusive parking. We were given a parking fine for parking in the designated location and staff refused to help in any way, denying all responsibility. Decent value rooms.
Huge apartment hotel with swimming pool. There was nothing missing. We would come back. Centrally located. Not far from the nearest underground station, you can get everywhere in a few minutes.
The separate sitting room and large bathroom provided welcome extra space during a two-week stay. Good all-round facilities including laundry and indoor pool; pleasant locale and very handy to Pimlico Tube station. One star subtracted for poor kitchenette, very average breakfast bar and indifferent reception service, but overall a very agreeable option close to Victoria Station and Westminster.
Bad experience of undue entry and delay until 4 pm Also when you ask for anything almost impossible to bring you to the room to serve you a bad experience will not be repeated, God willing, with them
Great service overall.... I would really like to rate them 4.8 out if 5.0 due to one guy in the cafe with a very sour attitude as he seemed pretty upset all the time and never smiled. Thank God he was off on our last day !!!
Rooms should be renewed, but in any case they are comfortable and clean; position is ok for visiting most of London. Daily house keeping is good and also sauna, swimming pool and fitness center. Bathrooms are not so nice. Breakfast is quite good. At the end probably you would expect something more considering the cost.
Stayed here on a work trip to London and it was perfect. So much cheaper than hotels and we had our own kitchen which was wonderful. They have a great gym and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
An older property, but conveniently located 3-5 min walk from Pimlico Underground station with lots of eateries and groceries stores in the area. We booked through Expedia and the 2 room package included breakfast, which was made to order and was excellent. The staff were very accommodating as we were able to check into our room at 10 am after arriving from a long overnight flight from North America. However, you do need to keep in mind that the suites do not have A/C and may get a bit hot in the summer time although portable fans are available in each bedroom. The area is very safe, populated with lots of primary and middle schools and libraries.
Loved the location. Right on the Thames provides great access to central London. Good options for food locally. Rooms are fine, I had a small room on the 1st floor (with people walking past the window). Internet was a real problem. Signal was weak in the room and connection was unstable.
Nice, though the reception smelt of chlorine (from the swimming pool) which was a bit off putting. Bed was compfy, which is the main thing. Smiling staff were keen to help :)
Accommodation was clean, warm and friendly. It had an on site supermarket which was handy. The pimlico station was a 3 minute walk! Be warned though, seems to be football training most days at 6:30 in the morning just outside
Liked the fact it was close to Pimlico tube and offered apartment accommodation. Nice but basic one bedroom living. Tiny kitchen area but not a problem as only wanted to make hot drinks and have a fridge. Apartments with cooking facilities were available if had requested one. Comfortable bed huge bathroom and all very clean. In a quiet leafy area of London. Small restaurant area where breakfast was served. Very dissapointed with the staff as poor customer service each morning. We had to find cutlery ourselves and sharing toast with our neighbouring table. Even charged us for having extra guests which wasn't true. Had that removed from our final bill.
Had a lovely time staying at Dolphin Square. Plush, quiet and relaxing apartment, good cooked breakfast then lots of fun in the pool with the children... Had a lovely time
The apartment was clean but smelled a little of drains in the kitchen and bathroom. The parking was very bad, expensive even for London! A little difficult to get to from the apartment or main entrance to Dolphin House, be prepared to do some walking! The worst thing was the carpark was underground and very flooded, I don't recommend this parking if you are visiting alone. The pool area and restaurant were both nice and in good order. For the money I would not stay here again but in a pinch it was the solution to our problem after an Airbnb cancellation.
We spent almost a week in an efficiency unit here. It was a bit dated, but the location was awesome for access to London transit. Excellent availability of food whether buying to cook in the apartment or whether eating out. They do have longer term leases available and the value for money is pretty good.
Pleasant large room, self catering, Central London, very near to Pimlico underground station. Good gym facilities, including pool with sauna and steam room, available for guests to use. I had a very nice stay here.
London has never aroused my interest, I don't know why, there are other European capitals where I have traveled, which give skin sensations, like Berlin, Budapest or Prague, but for London I could not perceive that feeling, but an offer of some flights on Ryanair and we flew to London. Four days are few to visit it all, but we will do our best to be able to see the maximum, also because we are in the Christmas period. Arrived at the airport we head to the bus that will take us to our bad and breakfast. The National Express is an excellent service that runs all over London and the suburbs, which connects all the airports, and there are four in London, and you can book it on the internet. The Dolphin House is a beautiful structure, located a few meters from the C10 line which takes you to the Victoria station underground station. A beautiful apartment with 2 separate bedrooms equipped with a bathroom in both rooms and a small kitchenette with a small lounge, for breakfast, clean and quiet, where in the same building, near the reception, there is the possibility of use the swimming pool and the wellness area. Wandering in London with a rental car is impossible, there are no parking lots, we move with the excellent transport services with the classic red double-decker buses of London always punctual and heated, and the London Underground which with many lines lead you in all areas of London. Eating in London was not so difficult, we Italians adapt to everything, but real London cuisine is found in the houses, there are no typical English restaurants, where you can taste typical dishes such as porridge, or meat stews, here as in other European capitals, there are many ethnic groups, so cuisines from all over the world, there are places where you eat sushi or Turkish or Spanish or German or you can find many Italian restaurants, as many are our boys who have come here to London to work, where unfortunately it's no longer in Italy. For those wishing to visit the great museum of London the British Museum is free to enter and where anyone who wants can make a donation. Immense as a structure where the stele of Rosetta and the Danubian Man of 5000 years ago, are the most admired finds, inside you can rent audio guides for 2 pounds. The exchange rate with the euro is not favorable and London is very expensive. Despite their classic London applomb, the British are very friendly and helpful, walking around London is like being inside a history book, you can find yourself near castles, with the London Bridge, or near medieval houses kept in excellent condition state, to then enter a building of the Second World War or the skyscraper of the future. It was a beautiful discovery London, and four days are few to visit it all, we will return to complete the visit.
Great hotel/apartments at a really good location. We had an apartment with one bedroom, one living room and a huge bathroom. All rooms were with a view of the London skyline including big Ben.
The staff are great and the rooms are very well presented. Fantastic location for walking around. The food is great especially breakfast. Had a great time .
