Nice clean and good size room for the price. My friends have been staying here everytime during their visit yearly so it must mean something.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in November. It is a modern and nice hotel. Our room was clean, modern and chic. We had a studio and it was from the square completely enough for 2 people. In our booking we had breakfast included, there was a nice mixed selection (fruit salad, muffins, croissant, light and dark bread, sausage, ham, yogurt, cereals, juice and water.) We could even eat for free from the breakfast menu. The service in the restaurant and in the hotel was nice and very polite, it is quiet in the area and the location is great for a city break so you can walk around as well as you want, we will be back

Great location and excellent service from the staff. Do not be put off by the slightly 1960 s decor! Would happily stay here again.

A hidden gem! Excellent customer service, very spacious bedroom, super comfy bed, very good breakfast selection with lovely and friendly staff! Facilities are great - swimming pool, gym, sauna & steam room. A few minutes walk from Pimlico tube station. A few options for busses to Central London too.

Well located, clean, good deal. Our apartment was quite big.

First of all is located in a fantastic position. Pimlico is in the city center without the chaos usually connected with this. Victoria Station is really near by foot and there is everything around. The Dolphin Square itself offer all the amenities you can wish for such as an arcade if you need something without going out of the building, a laundry, a gym, a swimming pool, a spa, tennis courts, a garden, and so on. As for the apartment s there are different type depend on what are you looking for.
I've seen a couple of them. One single bedroom and one double. There is the moquette in all the rooms except the bathroom and the kitchen. The wardrobes are wall mounted while the furniture is on request. The kitchen is small for my opinion if you wanna live here for a long time. But is fully equipped for a short mid stay. In the bathroom there is everything but they are with no windows as often happens here in uk. In the complex a very good place to stay in London.

We always enjoy staying at Dolphin House. This is our 5th or 6th visit over about 10 years. The rooms vary in size but have everything we need in the smallest of them and that's where we are now. On one occasion a light didn't work but that's the only negative thing we can remember. Bar and Grill does what the name suggests and does it well. We always have a swim and use the heat rooms. It's a great place to stay in the centre of London.

Nice hotel, only thing I wish the TV provided was better. Close to buses and train stations.

Aweful, especially in the needed customer relationship management after I had the problems with my 1-night stay.Not only connection to Internet was not working (and I had chosen it also for that, as I came for business), but most importantly the shower did not work, and as many of you can imagine, this is really aweful, and I would say unacceptible for this type of hotel they publicize to be.When I explained the problems I had with my stay, there was no reaction nor help provided by management, and of course my stay was charged the full rate. Really unacceptable. Especially if for business, to avoid no doubt. But I would suggest looking for other hotels in the area.

Comfortable, well-decorated rooms, with nice gym and pool and breakfast. WiFi connection is appalling, thus, terrible for business workers.

Amazing value for money . Very friendly and helpful staff. Room ready 2 hrs earlier than we were told when booking. Very clean and tidy.

Absolutely dismal. I'm not a picky gal, but this place is not as advertised. I paid for a 4 star hotel and arrived to find a 1 star motel. The rooms GREATLY vary. What they don't want you to know, is this is more of a senior home community and they rent out the rooms they can't sell. If you're looking for just a place to lay your head, it's OK, but the price is way off base for such low quality. They don't even have AC. Booked through Hotwire and was unable to get a refund, EVEN SO, we checked out 3 hours after we checked in. Yep, that bad.

Clean, quiet, well located, friendly and helpful staff. The room was super with fridge,stove and microwave and the pool gym facilities wete excellent. Close to the tube in a safe area. Lovrd it! John

Staff were unbelievably unhelpful. We were hoping to find an apartment to stay in with them but nobody helped us to get to right place to do so. Asked three times for help and nothing. We have now moved in somewhere else.

Awful. Dirty dishes in the kitchen. The bed was rock hard! I was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain. I asked the front desk for an extra comforter and they couldn't provide this because they said it was too late. Horrible customer service. The place is a bit dingy too rips In the carpet and NO Air conditioning. Not worth the price. I will not return.

Fantastic old building, nice clean accommodation but the downside is the rooms have poor ventilation and no Air Conditioning so very hot in summer.

Nice. Apartments could do with an oven (as opposed to just a microwave) if they re going to be self catering.

We loved our room. It was cozy and I loved the tub. Free breakfast was not an amenity when we stayed. I would definitely stay again.
It was much nicer than the hotel room that a friend had. I loved having the kitchen.

For a stay in London which is so reasonably priced - I would very much recommend Dolphin House Apartments. A wonderful location in the heart of Pimlico - very close to Westminster, the only noise I heard was Big Ben telling me the time each morning! Apartments are modern and bright, with a comfortable and airy feel. Swimming Pool and leisure facilities also enable you to relax in the heart of this busy city. Combined with helpful and friendly staff, you will have a most welcomed stay here.

Miscommunication followed by great experience. I ve booked an appointment for studio viewing. An agency (i guess dolphin square themselves) didn t contact about my viewing and I ve for nothing. I couldn t contact them back . But when managed to call they reach out to me quickly and did great viewing and advice.

Absolutely fabulous. Top of my list. Wonderful large suite and bathroom.

Too warm and stuffy. No air con and the windows were painted shut until I asked them to unstick them. The shower was really hard to regulate and the phone was broken. WiFi signal poor.

Lovely space with a very nice courtyard and garden. Friendly and attentive staff. Only taking off a star because there are no outlets in the bedroom or bathroom and the queen bed is two twins pushed together.

The place is sold as four stars but I doubt that it reaches such a point, foreign tourists do not feel at all comfortable as they only arrive and although there paid the whole in the travel agency just enter they charge 29 euros, because I still have to know it and if not that the agency does it for me, on the other hand the people of the hotel are not at all amabes the opposite nor a single effort to help the foreign tourist, we go that you do not ask for some towels.
The ominous coffee breakfast served by them and if you want to repeat it gives you something for the face they put, they crunch without taste anything, bread of days ago (chewing gum), sausage three kinds ham of the worst, sausage (I did not taste bad) and York ham the only passable, the only good thing is the mutt that cut it in half so that with less amount there for all, if you want something more breakfast paying !!!
The cleanliness of the hotel we will say passable since we left it every day that almost only there to do the bed but there some things that would have to be changed more often.
Heating the best I sleep in balls! And the window open since you can not regulate the temperature and the room you die of heat I am right now in the room as of ... 12-1-18.

Its in a good location not as busy as most parts of London and a good hotel for a couple of days but staying there for 2 weeks would be to long

Not even 1 star but I have no choice. People BE AWARE of this place! The worst customer service ever. The staffs were very rude. The place is totally different from the pictures they show on their website. I booked a room for 3 adults and there was no 2nd bed, only one king bed. They were expecting us to share a bed???!!!! It was my first trip to London and I didn't even have a cellphone to be able to find something suitable and contact Expedia. Afte a long flight, tired and hungry... I had to argue with the staff and explain repeatedly that I booked a room for 3 adults and we need 2 beds. They suggested a crib... it was so shocking. At the end, we went and bought a prepaid card to be able to call Expedia. I was on the phone for 5 hours and they could not help us and it was a horrible experience from both this place and Expedia. As we did not have any choice we stayed there for the night. Very old, run-down building. The bathroom was dirty and you could see mold on the bathtub and this is not all...at midnight we heard a shooting 3 times and were so scared. The area wasn't safe and everything was wrong with this place.
3rd guest had to sleep on a folded bed which was extremely uncomfortable. We went downstairs in the middle of the night to ask for something better and ..NOTHING...THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS AT ALL.
Finally, we left as we had enough and couldn't stay there anymore. They charged us after all these complaints.
Travellers be aware and don't spend your money here. Such a horrible experience. We spent so much money to go to London and we basically lost two days of our trip which was very unfortunate and only because of false advertising on Expedia and this place's website.
Stay away!

I do not recommend at all, after checking in with my family by couple of hours I received a call from the reception asking me to move to another apartment the following day morning because there is maintenance work to do in this apartment. So why have you just checked me in this apartment? They asked me to pack again and to be prepared to move in the morning. I packed early in the morning and then I went to the reception to help me in moving so they told me you need to wait because the other apartment is not ready yet. So now I came to spend a vacation to waste my time in packing and unpacking? why have you checked me in this apartment if it needs maintenance? why you have asked me to pack and the other apartment is not ready. You have successfully ruined my birthday, thanks for the great hospitality.

Update 2: Although we have added no disturbing sign the door but they let someone entered the apartment and switched off the electricity by intention from the electrical panel to oblige us to move and by the way in the first time they called me asking me to move they told me the reason of asking you to move is a water pipe that shall be maimtained and not the electricity. It is totally obvious that they want us to move to give our apartment to another client as the apartment where we are has another apartment just in front and both can be linked by an external door that's they invented this fake story. Big shame.

If I could give a half star I would! The location is pretty great, that's about it. The room is nothing like what was pictured, it's much older looking and In terrible condition. They wouldn't accept a credit card number as a deposit and forced us to pay upon arrival because they didn't want to take cash up front, meaning for the rest of our trip we had less money. Couldn't control the heat in the bedrooms (one of which didn't have any) and also had no air conditioning. The windows rattle loudly in the middle of the night if it's windy. The tv in one room doesn't work, nor does the shower as it won't drain properly. The staff is reasonably friendly but seem completely useless as we couldn't even got 1 extra blanket, and a man behind a desk at the front doesn't seem to actually do anything and if asked will refer to to a desk in the neighboring building. The restaurant was small and had largley unappealing food. There was also only 1 outlet in the living room and none in the bedrooms making charging devices difficult. Far too expensive for what you are getting, they dont seem to be at all concerned with your experience.

Clean. Good sized rooms. Breakfast variety was good. Close to Pimlico tube. Brilliant.

23/6/15 - Update. issue has finally been resolved by the assistant manager, managed to receive some compensation and also a free nights stay. Big thanks to Wayne who assisted with this.

Completely disgusted with everything. complained about the lack of hot water 3 times, the fire exit would not close, Staff were rude and then took for the full amount on my card without agreement. I have tried 10 times to talk to management to come to a resolution without any call back of response.

A very nice way to stay in London - the best hotel GYM ever.

Really good accommodation. Some nice gastro type pubs nearby. All in all pretty good. Rooms were large and had extras like ironing boards etc. Staff in reception helpful.
