I wish that there customer care would actually wor...

I wish that there customer care would actually work with their customers to resolve an issue. In my case they outright denied a problem and said the product must not have been theirs. When I shared my shipping packing slip with them I didn t even get a response. Initially they were responsive and even agreed that the damage to my flooring was significant. When they asked why I hadn t noted that the shipping carton was damaged, I replied that there was no shipping carton. To which they replied that it must not be from them. That was the last I heard from them even after contacting them again a couple times and also proving the product was from them via the packing slip. No working with the customer to make it right: ship another piece to replace the damaged floor; partial refund of the cost; not even a simple sorry

Great experience! When choosing flooring for my business they were incredibly helpful and let me take samples to the space to see what worked best! They were also very responsive and helpful through out the whole process!
