Great service. I bought a guitar for my sons birthday. Had it for 4 weeks before opening it only to find that the paintwork was damaged. Phoned Adam to let him know, given that it was 4 week later I was unsure as to whether or not anything could be done. Adam exchanged it for me immediately. Fantastic service and I will be back to shop here again. Highly recommended.
