I want to come back. Jazz performance with mango ice water.

Most highend hotel in Korea period. Services and food are beyond excellent. You will never go wrong here except the price.

You just have to follow the sculptures.

The details are good and the restrooms are smooth, but the swimming pool is too small and it is better for families to go to the Hyatt.

The hanok garden (Songong couple is married) and the current houses that are visible from the window in the middle of the city center .. The outdoor swimming pool where Seoul Taei is far away Urban island is for the troublesome forgetting and enjoys a cool vacation. The rooms are comfortable and the executive lounge food and service is good and the Ubany Isle Rad Chicken is also great.

Wonderful hotel, with a comfortable bed, large bathtub, and a seriously delicious breakfast.

Urban Island, an outdoor pool, is a great place to be with children. Dupakyubuvi was a meal to be considered a lifetime.

I would call this the perfect hotel if it wasn't so pricy. But all in all this is the most complete hotel I have ever been at. Perfect staff and service and rooms are spotless. Perfect location in the middle of everything. Might use some diversity on the food selection at breakfast but you can manage. I enjoy my stay there everytime as if it's the first

Great hotel with a really pretty hall, the buffet is pretty tasty, maybe a little bit too "high" if you wanna to the hotel by foot (the hotel is on a mountain). The personal is really humble and kind.
There's a lot of restaurants near the hotel and some cafe where you can get your breakfast. Really great location, the subway is really near and it's pretty convenient if you wanna go to myeongdong or dongdaemun, it's really fast : maybe 2-3 stations ?

Great experience. Staff was always helpful, room was renovated recently, and food was great.

I come here for the outdoor pool. Its warm and the sunbeds are also heated through out early fall. They regulate capacity for the pool, this was done way before Covid-19, so you know you won't be pushed and shoved by other swimmers.

Urban Island is good, but only with packages or paid facilities
It is available, and if there are many people, it is as good as the Han River swimming pool.

We stayed at a Executive Business Deluxe for one night. The best thing is its staffs. They are so professional and helpful to the guests. The Shilla provided the most perfect service among the hotels worldwide I have ever stayed. The guests who stayed Excecutive classed room. They can access the Executive lounge for free and this is huge pros. You would't worry about the food, it provided 4 meals a day!!. You would be enjoying unlimeted alchol beverage. The cons is the room. It seems a little too small even though its executive class one. The room has few character, but it was perfectly clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend you to stay Executive class room. You would have a fantastice service and meals. Thanks for reading.

It was impressive to have a water quality test every hour. The water was clean and the food was delicious.

Shilla Hotel is always a good place. This time, I went to The Library Cafe. Afternoon tea and coffee. The other menus are also delicious. I can refill my coffee. If you refill with milk, it is good to give it like steam milk.

Unbelievable property with some of the most friendly staff and the best food! One of the top resorts in the world!!

Hands down the penultimate when it comes to lodging in Seoul. The Parkview lunch and dinner cannot be beat. Treat yourself. You ll walk away impressed.

The room is a bit old, and the club lounge is just like dinner. Breakfast was replaced by Park View breakfast, which was great.

The guesthouse is always nice in concentration and size.

Shilla Hotel 3F Urban Island A cozy and delicious place to enjoy food and movies outdoors. The sofa here is so comfortable and good. I want to buy one at home. But the price is It is that good quality, but I can not go often

The location of the hotel is a bit less accessible, so the view is not very good, but the hotel itself is very good. There is a shuttle bus to the tourist spot. I stayed in a business deluxe room, and I liked the long room with wide chairs.
The amenities are Molton Brown. It had a larger capacity than Lotte Hotel.
There are many types of tea and coffee, so I love it. The tea was twg and there were a total of 6 types of 3 types, and about 3 types of coffee.
I ordered tenderloin steak with room service and it came out very well at an affordable price.
The indoor sauna, fitness, and swimming pool use packages are all free of charge. And since the rental fee of fitness sneakers is 5,000 won, it would be better to bring it separately.
The indoor swimming pool faces Namsan Mountain, so the view is good, and it was nice that only adults can use it in the evening. The jacuzzi was small, but it was okay.
The fitness is wide and there are various exercise equipments. There are also many employees.
I had breakfast at Park View, but there are many people, so I have to wait in line if I am a little late. It was very good because the juices were not commercially available.

Every time I go, I always get satisfactory service.

Difficulty making reservations for Urban Island. When you make a hotel reservation, you have to tell it in advance to make a reservation...If you don't tell it in advance, will you know?
