Buffet is the best
But the price is cheap

It is the best place to hang out in the hotel. Because the club lounge is really good. I think it is the most delicious lounge in Seoul. Reservation by executive floor is unconditionally recommended!

Myeongbul Heojeon The Shilla Hotel was good when I came back

Amazing property with warm service and luxurious rooms. The breakfast on the weekends is lavish.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Very close to the metro station. Also, there's a shilla duty free store with luxury brands attached to the hotel.

Mango shaved ice is really delicious. Long wait but worth eating. Too large for two people to eat.

This place is a total joke. No air condition, bad hotel service and when its at night, they wont even open the lights so u cant even see the way to the elevator. Sometimes i wonder are all those good comments really true? Fk it. Never coming back for sure.

Executive room is very nice. Love the executive lounge on the top floor.

A true 5-star hotel. World Class, but you will pay for it. Only drawback , which may be a plus for others, it's set on a hill on a large property so access to the city requires some effort though they do offer free shuttles.

The view from the room is very nice and soothing. I was able to relax. It was nice to be able to shop because the Dongdaemun Market is relatively close.

One of the best hotels in Seoul with top-notch service :) rooms are a bit outdated compared to other 5-star hotels in Seoul, yet their customer services & plenty of dining options (few Michelin-starred) make up.

(+) definitely try the outdoor swimming pool - Urban Island!

I ate apple mango bingsu in The Library. Jeju mango is really good. The evil price makes the spine cool.

A place where you will often find me with important meetings. It is one of the most famous buffets in Seoul, but its taste does not come any closer. Reservation is difficult and servers are not friendly. The ballet is always a series of waiting. There is nothing special about price. But it is not bad as meeting place because it is always a place to do the middle or more.

Because of our duty-free shops, there are too many Chinese people and people from the provinces look like migrating to amusement parks. It is recommended to go to Four Seasons hotel for the price of this room. If you are going here, I recommend Four Seasons or Marriott's GoTo. Silla is going to taste in the hotel while Lee Ji-jin goes all-in duty shop. The parking agents also work in a position that is no different from that of a small apartment complex in a neighborhood apartment building. The sound is shouting and the impression rises.

Michelin's Samsung Luoyan Restaurant specializes in new traditional Korean cuisine, and the dishes are full of kung fu, which is very suitable for foreigners to taste.

It is also the Shilla Hotel. Amenity and staff response, facility. Everything from the window to the city view was all satisfied. It's expensive, but it looks like it will come again.

It is not very good. I do not remember anything but Melon.

The room size and service are very good, the various items are very easy to use, the spare parts are my favorite British brand Milton Brown, breakfast is rich. The only place is in the mountains, the privacy and the landscape are good, but it is not convenient to go out and shake.

I used the suites and it was great. The staff were very friendly and very nice. The room is big and I asked for a bed because of the children. The breakfast is delicious and there are lots to see and do around.

My 3 nights in this hotel is amazing, I really enjoy the food in executive lounge as well as in parkview. The staff are friendly and accommodating, our service car driver is very good and helpful. This is my first time in 5 star Hotel and first time in Korea. Its really a great experience for me.

Autumn foliage trip. I chose the Silla Namsan view... It was a time to heal the stress that was frustrating with the clean rooms and the open view. After breakfast, I want to visit Dakuaz on the first floor.

The restaurant was really really upscale and delicious. But the downside is that it costs 110,000 won per person, but it was so delicious that it was so raw!!

We have never stayed in the hotel and have never stayed in the Shilla Hotel. When we talk about the experience of going to the party on the second floor in the second year of the party, we have a good interior decoration and a good dressing room. The decoration is also pretty and the sound facilities are good.

Amazing place with a beautiful setting. Compared to my experiences with 5 star hotels in the States and Europe, this blows them away with their level of service. Even a standard room has fantastic amenities. Will definitely be coming back.

But ... It is on the hill, and it is inconvenient when using public transportation (one shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes)

Beautiful, elegant hotel with super high-tech look and feel. The service was excellent, as was the food/drink options and comfortable lounge area. Very business-oriented, which was helpful in my case. There's a pool and a spa, which I didn't get to use, but I hope you do! There's also a lovely garden/sculpture area adjacent to the hotel, in case you'd like a walk.

Hotel is overpriced. $100 to just use the outdoor pool on top of the $500 you already pay. $20 for a coffee that is poor quality. Baristas need training.

Korean members in the sauna abuse you if you decide not to be naked. They do not respect your cultural/religious differences. The staff in the spa also abuse you and don't understand what privacy is. Either accept only koreans or if you want to accept international guests.....respect them. Never have I had an experience like this. I was humiliated and disrespected whilst I was half naked in the jacuzzi. Management did nothing about it. Nothing at all. This hotel is owned by Samsung. If you're a westerner. Stay away. Poor koreans are being ripped off by this hotel. I never give bad reviews for places....but this hotel needs big improvement.

Snack facilities are always empty. No coffee. No tea. No fruits.

My toilet had urine around the toilet cemented area. Cleaner did a bad job.

The shilla hotel deserves this review. I gave them 2 opportunities to fix the situation. I checked out u happy and angry. $500 a night? Seriously. Big improvements needed. I will never forget this sauna experience in my life. Disgusting employee behavior.
