The Shilla Hotels & Resorts Review

I sometimes use it with my child. Personally, I would be free for 3 nights or more.

In the lounge you can dine in a calm atmosphere and a little rich feeling.

Excellent mix of Korean architecture and modern hotel. Good food and great service. Very pricey but worth it if you want to spoil yourself. Great central location in Seoul but hotel is far from subway or other public transportation. Taxi is needed because it is on a hill with no public transport to front door. If you are OK with 5~10 min uphill hike, then no worries.

No choice is regretted in Silla.

The price was really expensive but the room was too narrow than I thought and the lounge was a normal lounge. The sauna is also disappointing. The only good thing was the service. I'm not going to give this price anymore.

Attending conference and the hotel looks combination of old and new era of Korea

This has to be one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed. Truly luxurious. Loved the amenities and toiletries provided, top notch items. Bed and pillow is one of the best I've had. Staff are always ready to assist with everything, able to speak in English as well. I lost my passport and the receptionist was calm and assuring; helping me with phone calls to sort out the rest of the process and made everything like a breeze. Definitely be back to stay here again!

Parking is inconvenient without valet parking.
The food is delicious

It is recommended to use the crowded Park View buffet only on weekdays.

Breakfast is simply wonderful, every kind of food (Chinese, Korean, English, French,ect.etc) also coffee is OK!

Food and atmosphere are all good except parking is difficult except for valet.

I got an executive bed. It was on the 21st floor. For my first 5-star hotel. The experience was great. The bathroom in the executive room has a window view in the shower.
The service was great but what made it the best was the executive lounge s food was part of the service. The food was better than a lot of stuff Ive had in Japan. It was food Id pay over $20 to have and it was free. Such great quality!

Delicious mango iced milk flake, the most wonderful breakfast buffet ever in Korea.

Everything is out of the question. I think it is too good for foreigners to live the beauty of Hanok.

It has worth it of the price. The best Korean Hotel ever. Food, pool, the view of hotel, everything was awesome.

I think package remodeling is necessary ^^ ~
The environment is good, but the mechanical service of the staff and the quality of the club lounge food need renewal.
Benchmarking for other 4- and 5-star hotel packages seems necessary.

Very traditional entrance but super modern room and facilities! This is the Korean luxury!

The staff are generally friendly, but there is a lack of coping skills. I also changed the carpets in the room floor, and it was just ordinary 5 star general level. Only one bed is awesome. The hair salon was also good and clean, the guesthouse wine party was cheap and good. Lobby is so cluttered because there are many guests. Good wine and champagne were served to our guests. (Free olive snacks)

Hrear place but, if your kids have 8-10 years old you can't play at the large swiming pool. Only wearing the life jacket. I understand the situation but this not happens in others hotels like W hotel. Our son can swim very weel, about two years in a swiming school... How we can play in a great swimming pool wearing a life jacket?

Hotel is splendid! But Rahn was suspicious of Michelin 3 Stars. I had no desire to go again.

Best service in Seoul. Bed is very soft and comfortable. TV provide excellent quality and option. Location is little bit far from subway, you may need take taxi or hotel shuttles.

The staff is friendly and the outdoor pool is excellent
Ariake is a good Japanese restaurant and the lounge food was good.
I had difficulties with the temperature control problem in the room, but I was able to rest easy by moving the room to the front desk.
