If you call them for maintenance it will take some times 2-3 weeks till somebody comes
All they care about is the rent even if you die, they will tell you pay the rent then die
Don't recommend them for anybody
If you live here your apartment will be broken into, and to top it all off the company will not help you in your time of need or even show any sympathy, as it is just another day for them. Their security system is a complete joke. I would never in my life recommend anyone to move in here no matter what. Terrible. Out of the 6 apartments my friends and I have rented out 3 have been broken into this summer. More than anything the lack of concern by management is what gets me.
I lived in Lockefield for one year. Paid rent on time, had to worry about all of the break-ins that happened, even saw people's apartments being burglarized and they are trying to tell me that their carpet cleaner charged them 140.00 to spray two minor carpet stains. This is unacceptable especially since I have pictures.
Never rent here. Wish I could give a zero!! The management is not professional at all. They want to get rid of all the employees that have been there a long time and replace with new people they can control. This means that you will never see the same people in the leasing offices as the turnover is horrendous!
I lived in Hampshire Court Apartments for a year and a half. Upon moving in, the two managers in the office onsite inadvertently left out the pet addendum, and the deposit of $500.00 was waived, even though they both were well aware that I had cats, as I made no attempt to hide it. A year and a half later, the new manager came in and said "it has been discovered that you have a pet, please pay the $500.00 for the pet deposit!" AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF! AFTER I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE WAIVED! Do not move here, they will rip you off whenever they can. Also, our washer was out on two occasions and it took them 90 days to fix it, both times. Very inconvenient.
I recently moved to a Sexton Apartment and the office was so helpful and friendly. I love my apartment and my lake view is amazing.
I have lived both at Lockefield Gardens and Broadway Heights. From my two years of experience living here I have had more issues from Sexton Properties than I would have ever expected from any apartment complex. The people who work here care very little about any problems you have and will make no attempts to help you resolve them. Any chance they get they will lie to you and try to cheat you out of your money. As long as they get their money, they could not care less about actually helping you. I would recommend you stay as far away as you can from any of their rental properties, it will save you a lot of money.
I ve lived at one of there properties. Their maintenance employee stalks tenants. And their maintenance men are rude and yell at tenants trying to fight them. I ll never live at one of there properties ever again.
Rude people and I had turned in my keys before my my lease expire. At that time they didn t even tell me that I had to give them a written letter. They made me pay for extra month and when I went to speak to manager. She didn t even come out of her office. Threatened to call police. Worst customer service ever. Think twice before renting from them.
I would never recommend anyone to moved to eaglecreek court because they tell you lies to move in then once you move in nothing is fixed!! They are scammers!!!!
I am very confused by these reviews. I have lived in Eagle Creek Court apartments for nearly 3 years and have had zero issues with management.
I pay my rent using the online payment system which is VERY convenient and it produces an email with all your payment info to keep for your records.
Property is always kept up and clean. A maintenance man rides around every morning collecting trash and debris in the parking lot. I rarely have to call maintenance for any issues.
As to the tenant that had their car towed... I have had my car towed twice and both times it was my fault. They give you parking passes and guest passes in the office and there is "No permit required" parking all over Eagle Creek Court. They also sent out bulletins about all the parking rules multiple times, so they communicate things very well through flyers and the automated phone system.
All in all, I like my apartment!!
