This place was amazing & clean! The grounds had beautiful old natural wood & lots of character. Johnny "Barista" Wood was a wonderful server who made our stay enjoyable. Our group got to know him during our 4 night stay and he was a class act. He even sent a bottle of wine to our room!

I've been going to this hotel for years for years and I love all the new upgrades. The bar area is one of the best and and the grounds they have you could walk for days. Beautiful golf course and swimming pools, The food is what we mostly go for it was excellent as always and what highly recommended as I do not like seeing it This empty. Can't wait till they bring movie night back and people start coming back

Firstly, we saw a RAT.

Firstly, we saw a RAT.
The front desk said there are rats because of the adjacent golf course and because they are a "pet friendly" resort. Huh?
So, after always staying at a HILTON property, we will go back to Hilton. They also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Reconsider staying here guys.

I stayed here for the annual HDTX conference. I have stayed in many hotels and this one takes the cake. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make my stay flawless. I had several conversations with employees and they all had a great attitude. Will definitely Be coming back!

My stay was the first 10 days of may. my room and four others on the first floor had backed up sinks really no cleaning to speak of.restaurants only do paper products.nasty coffee! I stopped at local convenience store and bought the necessary coffee pods silverware napkins cups ect. Best thing for this corporation to do is tear down that old resort and make it a green zone plus I was charged $350 for a so-called service fee when those services we're not available and closed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
I had planned out a wonderful anniversary with my wife of one (1) year post Covid-19 and booked the one king bed with golf course views. I called a couple hours ahead to confirm my reservation and to see about checking in early. After they told me all was good, I was then asked if this was a special occasion which I replied yes, one year anniversary! In which they said great I'll tell guest services that and they will offer you champagne or something. I was totally looking forward to this stay-cation because we like most people have been cooped up for over a year.
So first off they over booked our room and we ending up getting a double queen bed room.
They never offered anything (even after I asked again) for our special occasion.
The bathroom sink would leak when used.
There were threads of the towels on the counter and floor (thinking it was not cleaned properly).
The TV would constantly lose signal.
All in all, I would not recommend or ever go back to this or any other Hyatt facility.

Amazing stay for the price. The rooms are big and clean, the resort is kept in great shape and the pool is fantastic!

The only negative was the high ratio of Novids choosing not to abide by the mask requirement of the resort. But that is just par for the course in Arizona, pun intended.

I've been here for a couple days and I really enjoy it.
The place is pretty big and has a lot of conference/meeting rooms (I am here for Philips conferences/training).

Staff has been pretty friendly.
My room was clean.
Pretty big space and very comfortable.
There is a pool and some nice settings around here that make you want to relax and kick back

If you don't have a car/rental, it's almost a mile to some other locations to get cheaper food/stores.

May have been placed in the single worst room in the hotel that was dark, dirty, on the first floor and accessible from outside the resort. I didn t get the room type I had reserved and the front desk had no solutions to offer so we simply just left and stayed at a nicer Hyatt just a few miles away for less.

Wouldn t recommend others book here unless you re certain you re going to get the room type you reserved.

We booked the room for a week. The first night we re sleeping and there s a knock at the door. I wake up. Another knock. I get up and here comes the cleaning crew just walking in. Am I supposed to write do not disturb on a piece of paper and put it on the door. Our room had bugs and buy bugs I mean beetles and roaches. What you may say? Yes roaches. We killed them and tried to contact the front desk several times. No answer. Took 9 hours to clean up the dead roach. Other people that stayed at the resort even said that s disgusting. Told the nice lady at the front desk about the roach problem and she says. They sprayed last week then they started coming out. Seriously that s the answer I get. I was then told that the manager would contact me about the stay and I m still waiting for her to call me. You try to call the front desk, house keeping, or the restaurant from the room phone. Don t bother. You ll get a quicker response walking down there before anyone answers the phone. I tried 6 times then decided to use my cell phone and got an answer real quick.the first time that we saw the roach I told the manager about the roaches and she says I can compensate you for 1 nights resort fee (25$). Yay. Party time. Are you kidding me. When I checked out. They didn t do any of that. Was charged the resort fee. Stay away from this place. The place looks nice for weddings but you may leave with extra pets (roaches)in your clothing. I can t express how much I dislike this place. I would give it a negative score or a 0 if I could. At $371 per night do yourself the favor and rent a motel 6. At least there you ll expect the roaches and save a ton of money. At $371 per night I d expect at least breakfast but nothing is included. Pool had rocks and leaves in it to the point I cut my foot in the pool.
