Great service from Richie Harris. We have purchased a new car through him twice now. He is very personable and honest. He is a no nonsense sales rep. You tell him what you want and don't want and he will tell you straight up if he can do it or not. He always takes care of us when we come in, whether it's to browse, for vehicle servicing, or to buy a new car, he is our go to.

Recently we went to Universal Nissan and had an amazing experience working with Jonathan Acevedo. We we're able find a car (2021 Nissan Rogue) and make a decision but I had to work all day. Jonathan and his manager were super accommodating and offered to bring the car to my home the next day after work to see if its right for me.

We ended up not doing that route but my Mother was able to go and trade in the car. She drove it back to the house and Jonathan followed with the paper work to our home. I was able to sign everything during my work break and see the car. We got all the information we needed and it was very smooth.

Thank you to Jonathan and his manager for making things so quick and accommodating our schedule.

Will recommend them 100% starting with our salesperson Chris Oliva he is the best he helps us to get the vehicle that really worked for us and did everything on his hands to make that happen so if you guys are looking to buy a new car definitely go see him you won t be disappointed. Also Sales managers and Finance managers where great definitely can t complain and treat you like family. Overall Amazing service and they have me as a customer and will be recommending them.

This dealership is awful. I walked into Nissan interested in a Used Lexus they had. I purchased the car and returned the following day with concerns. Dealership offered no assistance assured me car was safe 10 days later, not so safe at no fault of my own. I was told accidents happen by Nissan. I had not had the car in possession for more than 18 days. Luckily for me I purchased a used Lexus. Lexus of Orlando( BEST DEALERSHIP EVER) Stepped up to the plate...
