I use to crawl to the OB hotel, a few steps away when room weekday rates were $19 a night,,

My go to spot for playing pool and hanging with friends!! I've been going here over 10 years and it's always been friendly, inviting and fun! So glad they survived covid! Had a blast returning to the mother ship

*Definitely* a tourist trap for beach-going party people, with expensive, watered down drinks, average food, attractive but pushy waitresses, and way too many people in a confined space, running around maskless. But the energy cannot be denied, especially on a Friday night, and it was nice to feel like the world was back to normal again. I'd already drank too much, and only made things worse by coming here, but we still had a helluva time, and stayed all the way until closing time, spilling (or staggering?) out onto Newport Ave, in search of food, and later, our hostel.

Great spot in ocean beach. There is a big bar downstairs as well as a rooftop bar with a great view of the ocean. Plenty of pool tables. Good mexican food near by. Great place to grab a beer and watch the sun go down over the water.

The place was nice. I did find it odd that they don't allow people to bring in backpacks and such considering it's a tourist spot. Also they don't keep a tab open, they always close it after every drink ordered.

A little rough around the edges, definitely betters spots to go have a drink or food. Drinks were pretty step as well. Seems more for a spot for the non-locals to hit.

The pool table is available, the waiters are friendly, you can eat and drink inside the establishment, the sports screens are available for you, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset!

Love the whole set up. People coming together. Great vibe and location. Employees are very friendly. Definitely coming back to this place.

Love the atmosphere here!! Pool open (masks of course required at all times). We got the corn dog from The Arizona Cafe- so delicious!! Our server was so attentive and a genuinely wonderful human!! Highly recommend!
