We came in an RV on Dec 23rd. We visited on Feb 5th. Absolutely exquisite. Like going back in time. So many things my grandmother had, unfortunately I could not afford, they had this 4 pc copper canister set I adored just like my grandma's but it was $49. Courier & Ives place settings, silverware, much more. Tee's, bags, tree swing is so cool, so much more. If I could of met Ben,Erin & baby Helen that would of been a dream. I solely recommend if you're in the area do stop in, you'll be glad you did.

Just order for my first time from here. Bought The Old City candle, Spanish Moss & Salty Air. It smells SO GOOD. Planning on ordering more for myself and Christmas gifts. Plus I purchased Lucy's Floral Top Knot head band for my granddaughter, beautiful. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work.

Ordered from Laurel Mercantile to Canada, had a question regarding the shipping duties, the customer service (Emily) responded very quickly and confirmed and checked all the paperwork. I was able to resolve a mis-calculation by UPS very quickly as a result - thank you!

It felt so homey. When you get there they have books for you to sign and if you want they take poloroids of you and put it on a sign in the front window. There were things that I would have never thought would be there, from candles to posters to a bathtub of old utensils. The people were extremely kind and helpful.

It was very disappointing that you did not have a 3x T-shirt when we visited. May not be a big deal to you but it was to me. Came all the way from Lafayette Louisiana to visit the Hometown Store . Get a better marketing plan

Ordered from the online store as I live in Australia. Bought two of the Scotsman Co. T-shirts after seeing them on the Home Town tv show for my father who is a retired carpenter and originally from Scotland as a birthday present. They are beautiful quality and just like the photos, very happy. It did take a bit of effort to get them to Australia since you only ship within the US but it was worth it.

So fun! Variety of local mdse and artisan-crafted goods. With a wide selection of Scotsman apparel and tools, it's a great place to shop for the man in your life! Staff consists of practical, down to earth folks who are ready to help. Step outside and get a photo by Ben's big blue truck, and take a short walk over to the General Store for food and sundries, more Scotsman merch, and see Ben's actual workshop! We were there on a filming day but Ben and Erin were out of town. Still, very cool!

This is a fun little store. I love all the Laurel souvenirs. One thing that I found really cool is all the antique hardware for furniture like knobs and wheels that might go to an old dresser or armoire. It's fun to dig through the various areas looking at all the pieces of silverware and the vintage hardware. I'm not going to give a lower rating but I would like to mention that they starch their tshirts there... somehow they started spraying I think the tshirts and my mother-in-law, who was visiting from out-of-state, had an asthma attack and had to run out of the store. We left pretty quickly after that, so if you are sensitive to smells, beware. Other than that it was fun. I'm thankful for what Erin and Ben are doing and I wish them total success. These photos are of my two year old who didn't want to leave, he absolutely loved the shopping cart.
