The fitter did an excellent job finishing quickly. He cleaned up afterwards leaving the area as it was before he started. He came early.

Excellent service. Had large wooden windows and patio doors to have double glazing inserted, and leaded glass fanlights which required secondary double glazing. Nice job, done as planned, in time available, pleasant workmen.

A great company. We have had six double glazed sashes from the Sash Window Workshop and the experience has been great every time. Fantastic quality windows and perfect installations. Very highly recommended.

This company has no respect for people. I woke up today to find 20 leaflets from this company in the floor of my house close to the door. Someone who does this level of spam mail does not deserve your trust or money.

We had the bi-glass and draught sealing product installed a few years ago and I have to say that it provides very little insulation. It s not cheap and great claims are made but the product really doesn t perform. If you want to get decent double glazing then go down the proper route.

Well just because you have no poor reviews doesn t mean there are no other dissatisfied customers. It s not a relative issue either - I m not comparing to other rooms where full windows were fitted. The bottom line is that they do not provide much insulation in our case - compared to the 4.8 U rating we started with. Maybe the fitting was just poor.

Very professional company. Used previously for double-glazed sash windows and front door. When I moved and needed a new door again I got a few quotes. They were still competitively priced and I trusted their expertise and brilliant service. They delivered exactly as I had hoped: Friendly, helpful, courteous - great service.

Freindly, helpful, caring, professional craftsmanship, all of the staff, estimators and fitters go out of their way to provide excellent service and do a brilliant job, I would highly recommend the Sash Window workshop, they have fitted or renovated all of our doors and windows over the last few years and they represent great value for the quality of work.

Delighted with the standard of workmanship and with the service. Instalment could not have gone smoother yesterday and the guys were very polite and courteous.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new sash windows. The whole process has been excellent: from being shown round the workshop to the survey to the installation. The carpenter Paul who installed the windows did a fantastic job taking out the old windows and restoring the frame before installing the new windows. I highly recommend this company.

I would recomme d this company. They did my windows' and patio door and it was beautifully done to a very high standard. Well organised and the workers were very professional. A bit expensive but it was worth every penny. Myhouse is transformed. I wish I could change the other windows. Maybe one day! Highly recommended. Mrs.A.K.

We only ordered one window in the middle of lockdown but despite this we received prompt and excellent service and communication about our order. The window itself was delivered very well protected and immaculately clean. It is clear that a great deal of care is taken in creating these beautiful windows that will last a lifetime.

Terrific product well installed. I noticed the difference immediately as the sound of the wind was reduced to almost nothing after months of roaring noises! The company was efficient and easy to deal with.

A catalogue of errors. For a company that charges premium prices, their expertise is questionable. They claim to be suitable for period properties but made out I was being unreasonable for wanting brass fittings (which I had to find myself). Their quote didn't include the glass. They corrected the leaking new window, but we've been left with industrial style openers in our sitting room.

In 2012 I ordered triple laminated sash windows for my bay. They came with a special type of wood which lasts longer. Little did I know they would be tested to the ultimate. In December 2019 a car crashed into the bay. I was sleeping less than a metre away. The impact was so destructive that the next door railings were flattened, the cherry tree in front of my flat was uprooted, my railings were flattened, and the pillars and stairs belonging to three houses were destroyed. The car stopped with its rear end on my front window sill, finally brought to a halt by the windows. The impact knocked my radiator off the wall and a chest of drawers in front of it crashed to the floor. The windows held! The glass held! All were in their frames, one was twisted, but all were intact. The glass shattered but didn't break, otherwise I would have been hit at speed by flying glass. The side panels are still there and seemingly untouched.
This company has been extremely cooperative and will advise on replacements. This is what I call excellent work from beginning to end. I am so grateful to the Sash Window Workshop for literally saving my life.
