Be careful when buying a computer at Ventex ... I bought a computer in the store of the same name and the sellers told me that they have their own service that is authorized to repair all computers during the warranty and out-of-warranty period. I contacted a service that informed me with completely different information ... They do not service all brands of computers they sell, specifically the Lenovo brand, but collect them and when they collect a certain number to make their transport cost-effective, they forward them somewhere, maybe even to Australia because the trip takes up to 7 days. The problem is solved within 15 days, which can be multiplied by 2 (experience of acquaintances). I need a computer to run the business. computers on their computer for 300 kn and generously rent their computer for 500 kn and all within the warranty period ... Unprofessional and irresponsible behavior towards customers.

Ventex is for me personally the best computer equipment store in Rijeka. I must have been buying computers and computer components at Ventex for about 15 years. I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of all employees. Truly a trade for every recommendation. Just keep going.

Good store for electronics and computers and also service

Head office, sales and service of all IT equipment. Large selection of laptops and all computer components and electrical maintenance and cleaning equipment. Also, when purchasing a desktop computer, there is an option to independently select and assemble computer components. In case the customer does not know how to define his / her needs exactly, very friendly and professional staff are at his / her disposal.

Faster, better and more polite than Links and the rest of the competition

I see that several of them mention problems with the service here ... That's what happened to me. contact me to pick him up in about 7 days ... So they dragged me a little longer and the warranty expired and then a call followed .... .I paid 1000 kn for intentionally dragging and wrapping up, which was done just to get money out of my pocket .... Shame.

Fast service but inexperienced repairers. I was booted old windows from the wrong HDD after the service and did not want to correct the error. Intolerably. You better go somewhere else.

Good prices, good service, big free parking place infront of the shop

Don't expect low prices but selection of products is OK. Staff has great knowledge in informatics but lacking skills for retail.
