Great old style hotel with plenty of modern amenities. The porch is the greatest. You can have a formal dinner or just hang out. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy, especially in the attached guest house complex.

A gem for enthusiasts of the Arts & Crafts Movement. Each year I visit, the Roycroft Campus and Inn are improved. Sure, there are some disappointments. With upgrades needed there are some buildings closed but that's the price to pay for good restoration work for the future generations. The vibe gets better each year.

Attended a shower at the Inn. We had a sit down luncheon which was wonderful. The food here is excellent. The wait staff was wonderful. They were so polite and saw to our every request. The Inn is filled with history and crafts made by several local Craftsmen. Many shops to tour through. We are going back to shop and tour the Roycroft Inn.

The Roycroft Inn is a relaxed comfortable environment. First rate service with polite and attentive staff. Many of the furnishings are authentic Arts and Crafts pieces built by Roycroft artisans.

This review is based on restaurant week April 2019. The Roycroft Inn is a unique building with alot of character. This is a multifunctional place that offers a banquet hall (to host weddings, etc) an attached hotel and finally a restaurant.
The atmosphere is cozy with wood trim and natural light coming in from the many windows surrounding you.
The dinner was very good, I have read a few mixed reviews regarding the flavors of the food. However, there was no issues at all with the service or our dinner. Both my wife and I dinners came with a choice of Caeser salad or veggie soup. We opted for the salad and it was a good choice, it's always a win when your salad has the right amount of dressing. My wife ordered the salmon, which came with mixed rice and vegetables. She enjoyed every bit of it, especially the orange ginger sauce that was drizzled over the salmon. I ordered the short beef ribs, that came with mash potatoes and mixed vegetables. The meat was very tender and the mash potatoes along with the veggies were very good. For dessert we shared the mixed berry cheesecake and the dark chocolate truffle cake. Both desserts was a pleasant surprise. We both agreed this is a very good place to enjoy and we plan to come back soon

Went to the Roycroft Inn for lunch. It was a lovely trip down memory lane for my daughter and I. The food and the service were every bit as wonderful as we remember them being when we lived in Buffalo 8 years ago. I wish we could have stayed the night in the inn. The rooms are so unique and charming.

The service was quite slow. The food was well presented, but we all agreeded that the pork tenderloin was tasteless. We don't mind paying top dollar, but when we do, we expect perfection. The Inn is lovely.

If you are in the western New York area you would be hard pressed to find a better setting for an intimate dinner or large event. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The century old architecture and RoyCroft master craftsman built furniture bring you back to a time when people took immense pride in there craft. Not to mention some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of consuming.

This is a five star inn with a huge caveat. If you aren't an Arts and Crafts era aficionado, there is a lot you aren't going to understand or appreciate. You might still like the place but won't understand significance of an original Dard Hunter lamp or antique Roycroft furniture at every turn. Know that you are sitting, eating, and possibly sleeping in rooms where presidents, scholars, and artists have stayed before, held discussions late into the night and also just went to hang out and decompress where their celebrity wasn't an issue. The food and service is always good, but not what this place is about. Check the events calendar when booking. A huge wedding or an event in town can overrun the area, but then you probably couldn't get a room anyway.

Lovely historic Inn! The interior is classically decorated with vintage furniture and many pieces of history from its magazine printing origins before the Inn was added. Rooms were spacious and orderly. Took off one star because the beds were a bit squeaky and uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Restaurant downstairs has delicious and affordable lunch/dinner and occasional breakfast buffet. The continental breakfast included was pretty good! Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Would recommend if you're in town!

The Inn is great! What charm, and history! The suites are just so quaint! Great gift shop!

Food was unfortunately a true disappointment. Espresso drinks were cold, desserts rich but without flavor or texture. Meats were rather inexpensive for a brunch this price, but skillfully prepared....still wholly lacking seasoning. I know their brunch used to be great, but they need to step it up a notch. Service was good.

My friend won brunch for two while attending the Caribbean Nite with CKSO (MaRvElOuS music and food!!!). Arrived 12:15, promptly seated and drink orders were taken. We both tried a"Pointsetia'; cranberry juice and champagne, - Yum! The food was plentiful and fabulous. lots to choose from, both healthy and guilty pleasures. Our host, Barbara was warm and attentive. The atmosphere - as always - beautiful.

I only went there for brunch but it was amazing definitely would recommend it. Hope to be back soon the brunch was outstanding. The only person I would not recommend it for is if you have trouble getting around It's far to walk to the buffet at least from where we were and there were seats much further away with steps also to navigate. That's not a negative to the restaurant just a tip for anyone going with elderly family members.

My husband and I went here for Sunday brunch with 2 other couples last Sunday. Everything was excellent; the food, service, the restaurant itself. It was all amazing; we are hoping to go back this Sunday. The buffet was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service was impeccable. Every one was so polite and efficient.

We held our company Christmas party at the Inn this past weekend and reserved the upstairs room for our group. From the event staff that set up our reservation to our wait staff, everything went as planned. Our meals were great and not one complaint about anything. Well done Roycroft Inn!

The ambiance is great and the building is very interesting, but that is the best of the Roycroft. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary this past week and our meal, the most important part of the experience, was very ordinary. It wasn't bad, but we weren't impressed in the least. They charge fine dining prices, which I don't mind paying for special occasions, but the food was uninspired. Although we have been to the Roycroft many times, I don't recall ever saying at the end of the meal, "Wow, that was great!" I haven't had a bad meal there, but nothing that will bring us back again. We might return for drinks and appetizers in the lounge where live music is, but definitely not for dinner.

lovely atmosphere, but the service the evening I was there with a small party of 4 left a lot to be desired. We waited at least 10 minutes before we were greeted by the server. The waitress was ok, but not overly helpful or friendly. Our food never arrived until 8:00 (we had a 6:30 reservation). My lobster was fine, but I never received a seafood fork, which made it difficult to eat. My companion ordered a chicken dish & the chicken was dry. For the price of the meals, I would expect better service & excellent food.
