Very friendly folks depends on what ur delivering they will get u in n out quickly ...they sometimes make u park over nights if ur out of hrs but I would rather take my chances n go to a truck stop or etc

Alert !!!! Do not work with them! the worst company ever. try to avoid ! deceive people!

A good place to unload I arrived before unloading time and they assigned me the door right away

Multiple buildings, a you may run around to several until you get the correct one.
Parking on property is not allowed even if you're out of hours.
What else would you expect out of some company closely related to Walmart ?

No parking before or after your appointment time. Check in, back in door, drop trailer drive to small staging area they call you in about 1.5 to 2 hrs so you can get your Bill's. They do seem in a rush for you to get your bill and get off property. They should have a few parking spaces for drivers delivering during the wee early morning hours

Horrible place to work my dad worked there and they screwed us over do not consideder working there unless u have two other jobs ti support yourself

Building 16 North got me loaded five hours before my appointment time! Everyone was nice including the guard!Keep up the great work guys!!!

Turn onto fish hatchery road and follow it to the main guard shack. GPS will take you to an "exit only" they will let you u turn but save yourself the headache and just turn onto fish hatchery road.
Busy place, lots of trucks but it was a pretty easy in and out at building 7 ( sugar)

Typical WM/Sam's DC, with all kinds weird-strick rules.

Quite better than other Sam's Club DC. They're faster

They have very aggressive drivers. In the International Mall, Miami, One truck with trailer of this company, almost hit my car. When I tell the truck driver, he left the truck and insulted me. Then he kept moving toward me. I describe him as a Hispanic male, about 6 feet tall, almost brown skin, dressed in green shirt shot pants, Company Saddle Creek. and a some small beard. Date: 04/29/2016. 9:08 am.

No overnight parking. You'll need to go to the closet rest area about 8 miles or the gas station

The guard shack lady @ 0900 01/02/18 is very rude. But where the drivers check in At the lady is very nice!. Very disorganized in the parking lot, No parking for standby trucks. Be prepared to wait to get unloaded.

Good place to live unload. It takes a while for them to verify. Allow 2 hours. No on-site breaking.

They take forever to unload and god forbid if you show up earlier than your appointment time.

My appointment was at 3pm. I got there at 11am. They gave me a door right away and I was loaded and given paperwork within an hour!! Thank you sooo much for the EXCELLENT service!!!

Good place to pick up at I'm there everyday to pick up beer quick no hassle place not sure about deliveries to the place I haven't done that yet but overall seems pretty straightforward place to get in and out of.

Clean and laid out well. Got me loaded and on my way in about 40 minutes even though I was an hour early.

It's alright 2 to 3 hours to get you loaded on a good day

Unloading didnt take long. Arrived a 1/2 before appt. Waited about 20 min., for door assigment. Drop trailer, bobtailed to driver parking. Done in about an hour. Delivered dry goods for Sams Club. One security person had a wanna be cop attitude, and not "good cop". But, I was there to get unloaded and not make friends, so no biggie.

Friendly staff , nice place , no overnight parking. Open 5 AM

Can't give 5 stars to a Wal-Mart / Sam's depo but close about 1 1/4 hrs. In and out

There's a woman named Donna in building 15 in shipping and receiving office she has no people skills she does not know how to talk to people she's very rude and disrespectful I hope I never have to go back there again and have to see this woman I was having a good day until I encountered this woman and how rude and disrespectful she was to me when I'm just trying to deliver a package and drop it off and leave.

They take a long time to load, today I arrived at 1030am and left at 4 in the afternoon, a lack of respect.

I've been into Saddle Creek just make sure you stay on the left side because that's tall Slim guard shack man will get you told if you think that you are in a Walmart Starship rope Sam's Club just inside there

They were okay but they will not let you park if you're out of hours at their establishment

Building 16 north shipping office needs to find someone better at working with drivers cuz whats there now is rude and disrespectful.

Yard jockies are rude. They act like its an inconvenience for truck drivers that arent Saddle Creek drivers to come through and have to back up to the door.... To DELIVER freight that keeps their jobs going. I guess they dont understand that without the freight getting here they wouldnt have a job.

(Sam's) drop & hook (typically) for whom I drive for... Adequate room to maneuver, as long nobody else is there, otherwise it can get crowded real quick. Staff is courteous, prompt, & professional.

Very friendly guards and so were the receivers for Harvest Hill - Bldg 5!! And the lady yard driver was more than helpful on the yard!

Easy in easy out just make sure your there before your appointment time takes a little while to get through the guard shack

They dont care about drivers.. Health insurance is no good. Less pay and more work

Fast loading..got loaded 2 hours b4 my appointment time, very busy place but short wait time.

Okay place to work except for the cigarettes. That section is always understaffed and the department head was an idiot when I was there. Very sloppy slot setup where the cigarettes are stored and selected from.

THE WORST on time management. I can t name a time that these drivers actually showed on time

We deliver here all the time they're always quick and friendly

Complicated procedures to live load sugar loads. Check in at 1 building, get paperwork, go across the street to other buildings, go through guard shack procedure, check in at another building, slide tandems, dolly down, disconnect, get loaded, rehook everything, get bills, go through guard shack procedure again, go find the closest scale and hope your not overweight.

Spent about 2 hours here (the norm) yes you will slide tandems and disconnect but only pull forward at Building 16N (no driving to staging area).

Very bad communication skills at their driver entrance on building 16 North. Speaks to people she doesn't even know like she's angry. Lady of you don't like your job then quit....
