The parking space is a bit scary, dark & strong damp smell. Its like staying in a very aged hotel. But room is fine, hotel located nearby bukit bintang. Walkable distance to Pavilion, Fahrenheit. Got a free gift too, since we stayed there during RMCO.

Even i got the best price but i feel disappointed the toilet in my room very dirty with those moss around the sink and the bathroom. The hand towel very old. Even the walkway from the lift to my room the carpet is dirty, lots of stains, bad smell and the paper wall its peeling off. Please make sure you dont get the 9th floor (room no:907) room because the conditions is really really bad like 1* hotel. The air-conditioning really noisy.
A luxurious hotel in the city centre and stone's throw away from malls and restaurants. The facilities (gym, pool, car park) are more than adequate for a very pleasant stay.
Horrible! Room A/C not functioning well. The room is very hot like entering a sauna. Staff not helping and productive. This hotel located in the KL yet TV signal terribly bad.
Almost 1 hour wait time to register. Got my room ready at 5 when check in time is at 3. Rooms are outdated but comfortable. One of the toilet stinks tho. Hotel accidentally charges extra 200 and I need to wait for a week for a refund smh.
In order to be taken seriously as a 4 star hotel, they really need to start renovating. Personally, however, I quite like the fact that the place is so old fashioned and not refurbished. Otherwise, there'd be no way to get a nice, spacious room in prime Bukit Bintang location with great views for so little money.
Nice staff at front desk helpful porter the hotel bit old but clean nice swimming pool and gym very strong annd hot shower convenient to shopping and eating place 24 hrs mini mart is just next door worth to stay in
Took up their promo of RM99 for one night and room was alright. Hotel badly need upkeep and overall cleaning. Room was full of stains at the bed, on the hard sofa, stains on the carpets stains on the mattress layer and lamps were full of dusts and more stains. Hotel looks and feels dated, the bukit bintang area was not as hyped up as before what more with the Covid-19 situation. Location wise is good, near to everything the mall(pavilion is at the other end after Lot 10). Also beware of the pool opening times because you might have booked the hotel with the main objective of using the pool like my kids. Best to call the hotel first and enquire. Thankfully after my complaint about their poor communication of not informing the public that the pool only opens on weekends (9am-7pm), it was open today on public holiday. Thank you for responding promptly. That alone got you an extra star from me.
Stayed here for 2 nights for staycation - they had a super value for money promo that was irresistible, complete with breakfast buffet and room service for dinner. Food selection was so-so and the room interior was quite dated but can't complain because the overall price paid was still worth every single cent. Overall the hotel was clean and comfy. Location is within walking distance to all the malls in Bukit Bintang area. If you are on a longer term stay and wish to use a coin laundromat, there's one right behind the hotel too, and a convenience store for late night snacking.
