Things started great and then went left at the very end which unfortunately changed my entire perception of the company. Best public advice would be make sure you don't put all your eggs in one basket, I certainly never do.

Royak Group, Inc. potentially would have been an excellent recruiting agency to work with...until once hired, you truly realized that the company can make your experience quite daunting with accounts payable. Let's just say, the first paycheck (or any others) still has not arrived in the mail after nearly three months from this review posting date and the company did not have direct deposit options or any other current methods of paying their IT/Engineering employees before I relieved my position after one month of no pay.

Interestingly, the experience gets even worse when you inquire about your missing paycheck to the President/owner of Royak Group, Inc. I will leave the remaining of this review open since I believe in grace. Regardless, I thanked God for the humble experience as well as any others that I may encounter in life because all become a blessing. It was also a wonderful decision to hold on to my other company just in case I would have been unsatisfied with this experience. God is awesome! :)
