Good hotel close to most embassies ( diplomatic quarter )

A note on the Ramadan Iftar meal in the private halls is that drinks are not available on the tables or on the open buffet.

Majestic and overly detailed and spacious to the point of grandeur. The lounge menu is diverse enough to please a wide variety of people. Outdoor lounges are beautiful and have some ancient olive trees withing them. The hotel still beholds Saudi culture, keep that in mind.

We had breakfast there, the place is in the garden which is very cozy between Olive tree and other tropical tree aged 600 years each almost however flies will eat you and bother you all the time,food is not tasty.

First, we booked with the regular price, and we called to check if the facilities were all open, and we got a confirmation that everything will be open.
When we got there, gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurants, most of the areas were closed. Even, some items in the menu were not being offered. I booked there as a newly married couple, and we didn't get any special thing for that, while on the phone they told us they will have an arrangement specially made for us.
Booking in a hotel like the Ritz Carlton, you expect a service with the amount paid, yet it was like a 3 stars hotel but cleaner.

I have been here 3 times, 15 nights in total. They forgot to give me points. Once a man suddenly entered my room and said he has to pick up someones luggage. Really poor service for that money.

The employees are very bad and they are replaced by new Saudi nationalities (and our Saudi girls)

My friends and I have a good time here. We eat brunch here. Variety of food can be chose which are very delicious. Will come again, in shaa Allah.

Services of any kind are slow "it doesn't meet Ritz's standard in that area as I been in some of them ritz hotels". Otherwise, it's very luxurious and comfy.
