Environment of a thousand and one nights. Best Italian cuisine abroad, according to my personal experience (I am a long-range commander, I assure you that I have tasted many). Blue is the name of the restaurant, Riccardo the Chef.

I recommend this hotel absolutely to any one visiting Riyadh or people from Riyadh looking for a luxurious place to stay to dine or even to have a coffee and sweets in the hotel lobby or in the backyard, the hotel design takes you to those dream palaces where the architecture meets-with art,do not forget to try the Italian restaurant AZZURRO the food is so tasty.

Only visited for a conference but the place lives up to its name. Built as a wedding palace, it was converted to a hotel. Excellent breakfast. Nice, clean and upscale interior (lobby and conference rooms). Worth a visit if not staying there already. Close to the DQ

The young gentleman Mr.Hashim at the reception did a very great job welcoming us late night/early morning at around 03:45 a.m he even pre-ordered our food (room service). I am so proud of such young Saudi professionals.

The facade is charming, the lobby is luxurious, but the rooms are old and consumed furniture that is not suitable for the name and the hotel. I never wish the hotel management would look at the sofas with rooms and mattresses. Note that changing them will cost them only.

In fact, we were surprised by those who healed us, survived and pushed to see the events and celebrations, and unfortunately we only saw the inconvenience of the children and the crowds, they were coming to view and tambourine, but no money and the public disturbed and echoed the place because it is closed with the swimming pool, at least they had the headphones live our atmosphere of celebration

In my opinion, this is the most beautiful hotel in the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The size, the grandeur, the service, the luxury, the quality of service is by far the best that one can have as a customer. The location of the hotel is very strategic since it is nearby the Diplomatic Quarters, a place where all the embassies from around the world are located... Further, key government offices are located nearby. For regular expats, I encourage that you take the Friday Brunch offered by the hotel and experience their high quality service...

My rating for the hotel is below 5 stars. True, its view from the outside is luxurious, but from inside the rooms I rate it below average, just like Al Faisaliah, like Rafal Kempinski, like Narcissus. From observations that the windows of the rooms overlooking the entrance and the fountains do not open completely, and this makes the views lose their value

It's the closest you'll come to living the Royal Life. It's definitely the most opulent and luxurious hotel I've been too globally. And I've been tons few including the infamous Burj Al Arab and Atlantis. The built quality of this just beats any of it's competition by miles. It's a must see even if you don't stay here...go-to the Friday brunch once.
