The Ritz-Carlton in Naples is absolutely gorgeous and the views of the coast are second to none

It's really just okay. This was my second time there. Friends were staying there. Room had a nice Gulf view. For $1,700 I thought was just okay. Staff was very nice. My 12 layer chocolate was the bomb the first time I had it. Not so much this time. Food at the Gumbo Limbo was fair.

Great place! Very friendly resort in and out of this resort. Beautiful place all around! Disposable headphones in the gym?! Hell yea! Beautiful pool area! Great places to have a branch around as well! Totally a place to spend your vacation/weekend!

Summary: The hotel staff are entitled and arrogant, but the convention staff is second to none. Just don t book a conference here.

Arrived at the hotel in an Uber for a conference, and their team quickly greeted me to ask if I was checking in. I said no, I m here for a conference.

After a verbal ugh, the rest of the valet/door team looked away. The gentleman that asked if I was checking in quickly told his team that there are people attending the conference and staying offsite.

I felt like an absolute second class citizen attending a conference that my company paid a substantial amount of money to attend. I spoke to many others that missed the deadline for the $212/night rate, and we had to find other accommodations. In fact, many of us rode together in Ubers to the convention.

The convention staff were absolutely phenomenal. While trying to juggle my plate and my briefcase, a member or their team quickly approached me and asked if they could help. I was very stressed out because I had a few minutes to eat, and her assistance really meant the world to me. I didn t get the chance to grab her name, and I regret it. She truly understands service, and represents what the Ritz should be. Honestly, the entire convention team was nothing short of amazing.

It s the general hotel staff that fell flat. I ve stayed at many Ritz properties, and I ve never encountered a staff so rude.

A former employee who worked at the hotel for almost 10 years for the Ritz we met during our stay explained it best:

It s a hotel that constantly instills in its employees heads that they re better than any other resort, and so are their guests. Well, that created a false sense of entitlement that you will meet with a lot of the Ritz s staff unfortunately.

Probably the best hotel resort in the area. Very attentive staff. We enjoyed the gelato and hope to be back soon!

Facility is well kept, but the best feature has to be the professional staff who are interested in doing anything they can to make your stay enjoyable is the reason for 5 stars. Wish I could give an even higher rating.

The ambiance here during the holidays is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. Our lunch here was reasonably priced and delicious. I would come again.

It's the Ritz, what more do I need to say? Lovely cocktails, would have been good not to have to request the nibbles menu and nuts 15 minutes in, they were super busy.

Great atmosphere but drinks were way over priced considering they were not very inspired cocktails.

The hotel was very clean and nice. Drinks were a little pricey but that is to be assumed from a nice place like this.

Drove folks there as an Uber so they could partake in the ridiculously expensive, mediocre quality dining the Ritz offers.

Upon arrival, we were told to park in the far corner of the grand entry to allow my guests (who pay for their Uber ride just as a limo) to disembark...and then walk 20 yards to the front door! You see, I was told, unloading in front of the entry doors was for limousines and valets only....lowly Uber or Lyft patrons are required to be dropped in the "designated" 5' X 5' corner area.

Though my guests did wait to park further away and walk the lowly walk of Uber patrons...they did stay to pay the insane Ritz prices inside...just like all the limo and valet guests did.

Good job showing prejudice and belittling patrons of Ride Sharing at your pretentious hotel.

The rooms need serious upgrading and remodeling! especially considering the rates you charge/night!

The food and the service were superb! The facility is spotless and impeccable.

Amazing service and food at The Grill. Went to the sushi bar area as well and had to wait a long time to get the drinks we ordered. Everything is very pricey as well.

The best hotel ever,the dusk resturant has the best server and managment ,very thing is assume.

Was busy enough that I only saw a little of the beach and pool, but all of it was lovely and would love to return at some point!

Ritz Carlton Service is the gold standard and this resort does not disappoint. Great food, great options, great pools and peloton bikes in the fitness center. My kids love it here due to activities and beach, while I get to relax.

Service is superior from the moment you arrive at the valet to the restaurants and service on the beach. Great view of the sunset on the beach and ambiance at night is second to none. Highly recommend.

Best hotel in the industry. This is our go to spot when on vacation and business.

The Hotel is located in the outside of the main streets and the property is amazing and beautiful the Restaurants are the best or you can order food from the main lobby.
I recommend this Gem.

Had the grouper taco, was AMAZING! Nice outdoor seating..beautiful pool.

I went to The Grill. Our server, James, made the whole evening. Might as well call the restaurant "James." The steal was the best I've ever had and the live piano was marvelous. Best restaurant in Naples.

Service is fine. Great building design. Pool area is great. Artwork is about the best amateur pieces I've ever seen. Basement Restaurant is designed in a clean unimaginative style as is the lobby. Lobby floor restaurant is a little better. They look very very nice. I'm sure the food however is much more flavorful. Great lobby guitarist (background relaxing music). Lots of garbage in the greens along Vanderbilt Rd right outside of entrance. I'd be glad to fix that for them but I doubt they could afford me. Overall, I'd say it's a great place to stay for free but there are much better options.

Love visiting this place, they have a great beach bar that anyone can visit and their hospitality is amazing!

Loved the atmosphere. It was a beautiful night to enjoy a cocktail and the grouper tacos were very good and my husband's skirt steak was very, very good. We shared the homemade key lime pie delicious!

Always a pleasure eating at Gumbo Limbo. The refurbishment looks great. More Seats and plenty of space on the beach. A nice touch to the beach walk with this wood carved name and ornamental design. I highly recommend!

The Ritz Carlton luxury Hotel is amazing I made reservations for 4 days to celebrate my mother's Birthday. My mother and I had an amazing time here. The staff was so professional great personalites from valet to the front desk to bell man exceptional customer service. Beautiful ocean view. They have awesome beds they are so comfortable.
I love their robes the Club lounge is amazing.
They have a live band great restaurants love the bar overall
It was a lovely experience highly recommend.

Wonderful atmosphere and friendly people are key characteristics of the hotel. Summer is such a great time to experience the best the Ritz has to offer.

If you have to ask how much, don't go there. It's fabulous and on the beach. Wonderful food but for 30$for 3 tacos you have to make yourself I think one could do much better.

Spent a couple of days there recently. Was treated like royalty. The food is superb. Service makes you feel like you're a celebrity. The public bathrooms are so super clean. Loved it!
