I purchased a 30" Replacement sliding screen door from Lowes and in less than 8 months the roller wheels are bad and the 'bug' molding has fallen apart. I called Rite Screen and was told, 'We don't sell Parts' but I could get the part from Lowes. I went to Lowes and was informed, I could return the screen door for replacement as they can't get parts for it! THE CLASSIC RUN AROUND....

Absolutely the worst company on the planet. I ordered some screens from Rite Screen through another company in October of 2018. It took over 2 months to make them. I was given a lead time of 4 weeks. When they didn't show up I emailed and called. I did this for 3 weeks. After constantly calling my supplier and asking for a status They said Rite Screen supposedly shipped them. They never showed up. So after another week I called my seller and asked them to look into it and Rite screen never returned their phone calls. After hounding them every other day for 5 weeks and asking my supplier to call them every day until something happens, they replied with this statement " they are being shipped 2/8/19" . No apology, explanation or discount. After making me wait almost 4 months they should have given them to me free. My customer has been very patient but has had a health inspector breathing down his neck because these screens are used in a food production facility. I have to greatly discount the screens to him now and wont make any profit at all.
Do not buy from this company. There is no customer service. They have gotten way too big from selling to Amazon , Lowes, Sears, Home Depot and other chain stores. They have 7 locations nation wide. That has hurt them greatly. They don't care about the end customer. The reviews from their employees at Indeed and Glass door tell it all. Mismanagement, bipolar managers, drugs, no respect for employees and lots more.

Had to set up an account to order screen corners which is fine but it took over two weeks to get the account going and I had to hound them four times to keep it moving. When I could finally order I was told I had to find the per box qty in their catalog to place my order because they couldn't look it up for me?? So I had to spend the next half hour trying to find my part out of thousands (I had the part number but they don't have a search button). Don't wast your time, I'm in sales and service and the way I was treated would never be allowed, worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The lumberyard where I originally bought the Marvin Windows is no
longer in business. Marvin asked me to call Ritescreen. The picture below shows a plastic piece that failed. It is on a Ritescreen screen manufactured for Marvin.

The support person wasn't helpful. She directed me to yet another company.
