Firstly we asked a member of staff who was just standing around for a high chair for my grandson and was promptly told "ask him over there he"s your waiter" but then 5 minutes later was serving me himself!! There was good just plonked on our table that wasnt even ours, and left there for around 15 minutes before it was removed. I then had to wait ages for my food to arrive when everybody else in our party had finished theirs. Thestaff didn't seem to know what they was doing! And to top it of we got ushered out of the back door, and as we was leaving I made a joke saying "are we getting kicked out" and was told by the member of staff "yes" I found this utterly rude! The food was ok, but there was no staff etiquette at all. I will not be going back to this restaurant again!!

Best authentic Indian food. Family friendly, good environment to meet friends or simply dinner for 2. Reservation recommended as it can get very busy. Also off street parking is limited. Well worth the trip.

Good place to eat in a pub. The food is good. Though it's feeling dated. The starters are better than the mains although the mains are not bad. From a normal Indian perspective it's very good...from a more adventurous palate looking to move the food to a new level it's just a pub with Indian food.

Regency Club is a step above the rest. They're extremely welcoming, even when they're chock-a-block, which is often, but you don't mind waiting because you know that food is worth it. Great drinks (I love the lime Rothaus) and they've just made their own beer (dedication or what!). It shows they care a lot about what they do and every thing you do in their restaurant is thought about.

Came here for a work celebration and I was very happy with it. The food was really tasty with a great selection of starters. Good drinks and I even risked a couple of mojitos which were pretty nice. I think it's easiest to describe the atmosphere as bustling as it's clearly a popular local spot. I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

The service was great and the staff very attentive and friendly however at times almost too pushy at times to get the next drink or food order under management orders.. Seating still congested whereby you are always bumping into the person sitting next to you when eating, small tables & stools.
Certainly not all that great compared to the local restaurants/clubs around in that vicinity of Harrow/Wembley/Pinner/Stanmore. They seem to live on their past glory and customers when they were very good, having not been there for 7 years (not much has changed in terms of decor) I found the food very oily, spicy when there was no need for it to be. Their Biryani is just a bit of meat or Veg with coloured rice thrown on it - not the way it should be made or authentic Indian.
Had far better food & drink at other local Indian clubs, will be another long time before I visit again.

Yes, just go! They have started taking reservation (i recommended you make one). The chilli pannier is amazing! You will need to ring the bell to get in (its a club) and service is not amazing but the food is some of the best in london.

Service is awsome. Food is consistent. Returning after a year so was little disapointed the the chicken pilli pilli was not as spicy ad they usually make it despite me having asked before hand. Other than that Regency has to be up there as one of my favorites.

This place is one of the best places For Indian Mixed grills. The Indian main course is great too. Its a lively place with good service. The food is absolutely on point and service is good too. I come to this place often and the food has never been bad. This is a good place to take your family. If you have children then I belive you can only come during the afternoon. If you want to come on a Friday or Saturday then you're best to make a reservation as this place get packed although you can come and wait but it can take time to get a table. This place also shows sports and any big games on be sure to know that this place will again be busy. This place is a must to visit. Great food!

Great food and great staff. They were extremely friendly and guaranteed we we're comfortable enough. The food is outstanding! Best Indian food we have had in London period! We had a reservation on advance which allotted two hours of time there. The food arrived very fast and the staff was available for assistance at all times. We had chicken wings which were amazing! The crispy bhindi is a must. Regency mixed grill (kebab, chops, wings) we're also great. We had a lot of appetizers and didn't have enough space for main course. The food is certainly the best and I recommend everyone to try it (especially people visiting from out of the country).

Decent place. However we were told to give the table back after an hour and it just felt like they wanted you in and out asap after making you wait for a table for over half hour.

The food itself was nice especially the mixed grill. I d recommend but maybe book a table in advance.

I enjoyed the food which was very good and service was quick etc, however the two things i hate the most about the place is how close the seats are next to each other which means that you can literally hear the conversation on the next table and also that the place needs a face lift. It is very dark and needs more light.

If the owners improve the restaurant's feel then the place will be top notch.

Horrible place to visit. Food tasted like random spices where chucked in. Meat was not cooked well. The lamb burger was pink inside. The staff are very rude, the manager had tried to throw my party out as apparently the table we where sat on was booked, however we was informed specifically by their staff to sit there. I would not recommend this place to anyone with taste buds or common sense.

Great place, the first indian restaurant I have ever been to in the UK where it's full house and all the customers are indian! The food is awesome, especially the chicken wings, lamb chops and the garlic naan bread. You need to book in advance to guarantee yourself a place though as it's very popular. The staff are very pushy and rush you a lot, and they are very strict with booking times as the place is so busy and popular, which some people may not like though.

This Indian restaurant and had a major internal overhaul, making it modern and spacious inside. It can get quite busy at times so be sure to book a table just in case. The food is delicious and there are plenty of dishes available to choose from. Wide selection of drinks available too, and most matches are shown live so it's a good place to come and watch the football.

Went with my wife and a friend last night but what a disappointment. The standard of food had change. The worst Indian food that I ever have in my life. Thanks God we did not order more.
We had the following:
Chicken Wings ( Eatable. We have had better from Regency before)
Tandoori Lamb Chop ( Over use of tender power, no taste of meat and burnt )
Handi chicken ( Raw Marsala and burnt )
Kundi lamb ( I just can not describe what it taste like )
The service are good. Good bunch of waiting staff.
