Sooooo delicious. But, unfortunately and surprisingly, their kitchen has significant cross-contaimination issues with "gluten-free" items. If you have true celiac, do NOT eat here - you will be extremely sick.

We had a great experience. Pulse Cafe will be a staple in my list of "go-to" places when I want to eat out. I added a picture of the large buffalo pizza, which had amazing flavor - especially being able to mimic the taste using all vegan ingredients. I'd definitely recommend this persons of any food diet. I also really appreciated the focus in conservation from the business. The dining area had a great atmosphere too next to warm fireplaces with a lot of cool history from the area to look at.
I keep coming here for the atmosphere but I honestly don't think the food tastes good. When you cook vegan food, you want to make sure that the flavors come together but that doesn't really happen here. I would rather eat at home.The smoothies are bomb though try the almond joy one!
Amazing food and service! Me and my family are vegan and we love to come to this place to eat! Their food is bomb.com and delicious! I 100% recommend going as it is me and my family's favorite restaurant.
The only bad thing is that they are closed on Saturday's, which is the perfect day for us to go. But im not giving a star away because they are the best restaurant :)

Amazing brunch at pulse cafe. The staff and ambience are excellent. Vegan french toast was soooooo tasty....what a treat. Still thinking about it! All dishes we ordered were spot on. So happy to have found this plant-based eatery while spending a weekend in Hadley. I highly recommend and will definitely visit again soon.
