Love Java and building design as well as the view of the lake...

Great location to get to, easy drive, close to hotels.

Worse kind of customer service. On the first try I was just put on hold, with no further information, second I was transferred to a Hotline, which I didn't have any of the option of support I needed. Third I finally got to talk to somebody who actually told me, they have nobody working in that area of customer support.
Trying to get a MSDS form to Ship Equipment back to Oracle itself, no trying to go through a vendor.
