The team at the Prince were amazing and very considerate. When we looked for quick action they were all over it! The attention to detail was quality. Highly recommend.

I am a frequent customer and I had great times when visiting this venue. However, I am truly disappointed that today I received a call saying that the booking I did back in February was cancelled. My friends and I have organized ourselves to a friends birthday which would be celebrated TOMORROW in The Prince. Such an upset news.

Unfortunatelty, the staff and manager seemed racist. All the white people got in before and after us, but for us it was fully booked, despite it being 5pm on a saturday. Smelled bad anyway. But a shame as our money is the same money as others, plus its a birthday reminder to know how hidden racism is as a UK issue.

Great place to hangout at. Love the vibe and the atmosphere. Amazing Definitely recommend.

You could never thought from the outside that there is a such nice and pretty outdoors area inside of this bar. Looking stunning and with a great vibe. The food was good and the portions generous with a fast service. The drinks were a bit pricey I must confess but it is worth it. Great place for catching up with friends.

Great place to hang out with the girls for food and cocktails. Wish you could book for longer than 3 hours though! Great service, really enjoyed our visit

Great atmosphere and design of the place. Unfortunately you have to order through a website which I'm happy doing, its just a bit hard to navigate due to the multiple menus and not being able to stack an order with items from the multiple menus. The steak strips i got and the chips were great although the strips seemed to be a little small on the portion size. After a 45 minute wait I was expecting a meal that could be considered filling but it wasn't after the wait and hunger I had accumulated. The others on my table had to wait almost 2 hours for their food to arrive which is ridiculous, had it not been a birthday brunch i think we would have left.

Top Tips: Order As soon as you sit down, Double Park your drinks and finally avoid the dry halloumi fries.

Lovely vibe and great decoration, not very covid friendly, it's clear they think 'outdoors' means 'get away with cramming people together'. Staff are nice although cleanliness is an issue - many of our glasses had residue on them and when asking for clean ones they were grumpy and tried telling us they were dishwasher cleaned (clearly not very well). Some food staff are grumpy too.

Had a booking for yesterday that got cancelled 4h before due to the weather predictions (which were predicting rain since a week ago). Managed to find a table for today. Arrived there and when they were sitting us in the table, the girl mentioned that in case it was raining, they would close the ceiling. When the rain started, we asked another waitress to close the ceiling, to which what they replied that wasn t possible.
For our surprise, who seemed to be the manager (dark hair, short beard, black mask, squared shirt and nike shoes), was just laughing and pointing at the table, saying that our table was complaining all the time and looking at us as if we were crazy.
We wouldn t have even asked, if that wasn t mentioned when we sat at the table .
After that, we ordered some food, and 30 min later we hadn t received our order from Boludo. When asking another waiter, he comes and says that another waiter said he brought that order to other table (?!) as if we were inventing it After checking our leftovers he agrees to bring us the food and the order arrives more than 45 minutes later.
Nice place but VERY disappointing customer service, specially from the manager mentioned above. Would defo not recomend
