Absolutely worst company. I order a dress and 2nd day it. I received an order confirmation. I never received the dress so I called the pyramid collection because that is where I ordered the dress. They told me its out of stock! I said I never received an email informing me that the dress was out of stock. They said they will only email you if there is a problem with your order. Well if you order something and expect to get it in two days and they can't fulfill your order isn't that a problem? Then I asked to speak to a manager and they said she was handling another problem at the time and took my name and number and said she will get back to me shortly. It took over twenty four hours before I received a call back. When I mention to her she was supposed to call me back yesterday she said by the time she got to around to call it was time for her to leave. This is someone who works as a customer service manager. Unreal. How this person has a job is beyond me. That is the problem today, no one cares. Well in short canceled my order and will make sure I do not order anything from this or any parent company. Disgrace!

So the customer service has been extremely rude and curt. After 3 tries to contact and speak with someone about a complaint I was given an address to write to. I got the impression that if I addressed my complaint to the "Complaint Department" that my letter would never be opened and/or read by the person(s) who should see it. I intend to drive there as soon as possible.

Ordered from TWO of their catalogs - THREE weeks b...

Ordered from TWO of their catalogs - THREE weeks before I needed...added RUSH shipment fees just to be sure. Now, they were FINALLY...JUST shipped!...TOO LATE for my use. Amazon getting delivered in two days to me. These companies should hang their heads in shame. They want to blame FedEx, but they did not ship for two weeks, and now they are blaming everyone else. WHY do they promise by a certain date if THEY cannot deliver. Even a few days later would have been fine. Now I will return everything when I get home. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered an item in October 2017 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Today's date is March 20, 2018. I have spoken with customer service several times over the last few months, always getting a promise that a supervisor will call me back, I've even re- ordered the item. I still don't have it.

Horrible service. Ordered a robe for my wife in February. As is typical with this company, based on other reviews, the item was not in stock. I kept getting emails telling me I would get the robe in a given time frame, and the time frame kept getting pushed out. Last email I received said late June. Then in Late July my wife sees the item in the catalog again I send an email and ask. No response, so I call and they say it is in stock and that my back order timed out. They never let me know the order was cancelled. Then today, 13 days later I get an email from customer service telling me that my order was cancelled but the item is in stock if I want to order it again. Are they serious?? - with such apparent lack of desire to even take even the minimum amount of care of the customer it is a wonder this company is still in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A COMPANY THAT CARES.

*BUYER BEWARE!* I ordered a toy for my children at the end of November. The item was in stock. After 2 weeks having heard nothing, I logged in online. It now says the item is backordered. I had no contact from Young Explorers telling me that the status had changed. I sent an email via their online form. An auto-reply came shortly after saying they would be in touch within 48 hours... it's now been 1 week since that email. The customer service telephone number DOES NOT go to Young Explorers - they outsource to a call center, hence the "I don't really care" attitude. And - get this - managers/supervisors only work during the mornings and only M-F!

I'm now getting told that I should receive the item by February... I guess Christmas will have to wait until then!

NEVER AGAIN!
