My experience at Policaro BMW was consistent with all the positive reviews posted by others.
Everyone I had the opportunity to speak with during the process were great. A complete contrast from my previous BMW dealership. Just wanted to share my experience to date and highlight a few that you should seek out if you find yourself looking for a BMW. Specifically, Lucas L. in sales who everyone should speak to when considering a BMW, George A. in financing and Scott C. in parts.
drop 750 li & they gave me X1 BMW with dirty mates full of mud, unhygienic, Mr. Peter, OP/Manager like a dealer owner, unprofessional attitude, he doesn't know how to speck with 7 series owners, very rude, if I am owner! I throw him away, kick him. I transfer services from BMW Toronto. totally disgusting !!
I had a really good experience here. The service was great and they have their customers in mind instead simply pushing to sell cars. Mr. Leung is very knowledgeable and provided top quality customer service. They also follow up on us to see how we are enjoying the car. Overall 5 stars.
I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful staff at Policaro BMW (Lucas, George etc) who assisted my parents with the purchase of their X4. They felt very comfortable dealing with the staff who answered their numerous questions and concerns and are extremely happy with their purchase. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. Best BMW dealer location to deal with, they are definitely worth the drive!
Run by incompetent individuals who have no regard for a customers time. Tried to place an order for a part over the phone and was told they no longer take payments over the phone... except I called a day earlier and they were fine with taking the payment but I didn t have my credit card on hand which is why I called the following day. The guy at parts tells me to come in to make the order before 5pm. I take the extra trip to go order the part only to get there(at 3pm) and learn the parts department is closed and none of the 15 other sales representatives are competent enough to take an order for a simple plate bracket. Then tried to buy engine oil which they had in stock and was told again they can t process any order for the parts department. Absolute waste of time and gas... Definitely won t be returning to this dealership!
Good service given - they give clear information and keep me informed on the status of my cars.
All staff including the incoming service person and car loan person are very professional and courteous.
Recently purchased a used 4-series from Policaro BMW. Sherry and Johan were very welcoming and made it an awesome experience! Would definitely recommend everyone to buy from here.
Terrible service experience with there manager Peter Grosse. They took my running car to root cause an issue and gave the car back without the battery connected, didn't put the cover back on the OBD connector, removed a rubber hose which protects the wires and left a filthy cloth over battery terminal (which was reported to peel region non-compliance for C-19). Service tech was not wearing gloves when he went inside my car. Not recommended for service at all. See pictures.
Update: 2/2/2021
Talked to the general manager, told me to put the OBD cover on myself and same with the wire cover. The rag is still there they could have put a plastic cover on it. I gave Policaro a car that starts and they returned it none functioning by towing it to my house. Basically slap in the face telling me my cars worthless and go fix it yourself. I am more then capable to fix the car myself this is just a warning to the reviewers that can't.
I ve been going to this dealership for many years now and I thought it was time to write a review. Today I picked up my third car with Policaro BMW. They ve always been fantastic to work with particularly their GM Antonio. Highly recommend this dealership as one that cares about its customers not just at the initial sale but every day thereafter.
