Recently purchased a new vehicle and had an unfortunate event of someone trying to steal it. Everyone knows going through insurance is a terrible experience but Attrell Toyota made getting my vehicle back to brand new effortless. Specifically Nadal from their repair team is who made the difference. They ensured everything was done properly and updated me every step of the way. I also got my vehicle back on the road sooner than expected. Best experience I have had with any vehicle I have owned and will continue to go back to them for their excellent customer service.

No as expected. They couldn't figure out my 2017 Highlander machincal problem after checking it 2 good time. End up paying 1700 for nothing. We were disappointed. Another company fixed it for less

Thank you to Ron and Seamus for giving my car an amazing detail!! They completely transformed my car, it went from looking super run down and now it looks as good as when I bought it new. I wouldn t want to bring my car anywhere else for detailing! If anyone s looking for a detail definitely bring your car here!

Been client of attrell for 2 years.tire quality is garbage if you come back with a issue they will prove you at fault and over charged price. I know people prefer to go to these places because if name and quality of service but it is actually a rip-off. Highly disappointed

I had bought a new 2020 Corolla which was a good experience. However, it s been great disappointment since the purchase regarding the service provided.
I had checked my car for first and third service with them. First service was okay as the car was relatively new but the third one was the worst experience that one can hope for.
The service guy tried to tell me that my wheel balancing is off and it gonna cost 180 dollars then he told that the brakes need to be cleaned for 150 dollars which were recommended but not necessary and hence I didn t get them done just the routine service which included tire swap and nothing.
The instructions that I gave for the tire swap was not followed.
I was still okay with everything but today I found that the coolant fluid is at low level which these guys claim that they did the necessary adjustment.
The coolant last for a long time - I guess for 5 years; I wonder that how my car coolest got consumed in just 1.5 years or so.
It s a TOYOTA must be durable
I wonder if the car is the issue or is ATTRELL the issue.

Went to Atrell Toyota for the first time for a service appointment. Everything went smoothly. They followed all the safelty protocols and the service was impeccable.
Will definitely be coming here for all my future car services.

Great service team and technical support, but TERRIBLE sales support.
I bought one car at this dealer, but not the second one.
- I was sold a service not recommended by Toyota Manufacturer.
- I was not enrolled on Toyota Finance (third party instead).
- I was left on my own every time I requested assistance with loan conditions (twice I was denied help by Atrell).
Conclusion: Don't buy your car here, but feel free to service it here.

Purchased a used Toyota C-HR for my wife. It was the most painless car purchased ever. The staff are knowledge and friendly. What pushed this experience to the 5 star rating was the no charge for touching up a few stone chips on the hood. Andrew followed up to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the whole process. Definitely would recommend purchasing a vehicle at Attrell.

I have been getting my cars detailed with Ron from Attrell Toyota for the past 7 years and I have to say they are the kings of detailing. I always feel as if I bought a new car when I leave the detail shop. It truelly is a great feeling when you have that urge inside to buy a new car but you don't have to when you have a great detail shop that transforms your dirty car to a fine show room looking vehicle.
