Keller Willaim acadiana Review

I've had the best experience with Keller Williams. The real estate agent, Tona Marks is the best. She is a fighter for her clients. She don't give up. I had a couple of stumbling blocks but she hurdled them all. She and the mortgage broker Brandon Teno and his associates from Capital Mortgage were super phenomenal. So, I recommend Miss Tona Marks and Mr Teno, mortgage broker and associates.

Service providers beware. Jason Muffaletto called out my company, All Pro Appliance Service, to repair an appliance in a home that he manages. After giving an estimate, i was asked to bill him instead of collecting on site, not something i normally do but being Keller Williams i trusted that i would be paid. I was never paid, when i contacted Jason he said "I didn't know there was a charge for coming out", which is an utter lie as we informed him before dispatching, and on site, of the charges. Im left to assume that Keller Williams will rip off contractors at every turn, a simple $80 trip charge was too much for Jason to pay. Jason Muffaletto is a liar and a cheat, stay far from he and Keller Williams.

Not pleased at all! Why in hell would you push someone to do a short sale then not sell their house or even contact them to let them know you quit trying to sell the house. That was a horrible thing to do to someone who just lost their spouse and has 3 small children!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Leah Thibaut and I promise you she will not be a disappointment. She takes her time and listens to ALL of your needs. We were first time home buyers and Leah made sure to make the transition as easy as possible. After a year of "looking" and 6 months of actively searching, she found us exactly what we wanted. After a while, Leah really became apart of our family. If you are out searching for a home or property, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give her a call! If I could rate her services on a scale from 1 to 10, she'd definitely get a 50!

This place loves referrals from other agents, they just don t like to pay you for it. Use anything they can to get out of paying. Made derogatory statements to the client about me, moaned and groaned about me throughout the whole process.
