Beware of return policy using points earned! The reason I rated so low is because of there return policy regarding using points earned. If you us them on a purchase and you return the plant you will lose those points and only get credit for what the difference was. What ended up happening is, I complained so I got the full credit for the bush that did not survive the winter. But I also lost an additional 700 points on my account. Clearly they are willing to lose customers over this.

The helpers are wonderful and the plants are very nice as well. But I spend $100's of dollars each year here and this policy has left a sour taste. Just be aware of there policy and use your points wisely. Don't use on perennials.

UPDATE: this was our second Korean Spice Viburnum Shrub we purchased from them and it did not survive. I would not recommend buying shrubs or trees from Planters Palette. They do not support the customer if you personally plant it.
