I used it last fall. Service content without complaint. The staff always greeted me and struck me off with a smile, and I was impressed because they talked casually. From the room, we were able to see the fireworks in front of the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok, and at night. To go here other than by taxi, the Peninsula dedicated boat will come from BTS Saphan Taksin station at the nearest dock, so use it. On the ship, he distributes water with the Peninsula logo. The ship was lit up at night and it was beautiful. In addition, access to Wat Pho and Wat Arun is good and convenient. The Peninsula is a well-known luxury hotel, but because the resort is strong in color, it is also wonderful that you can spend it unpretentiously. The Japanese-speaking staff did not come when I visited, but I think this is a place where many Japanese users can stay with peace of mind. I had room service this time so I would like to use the riverside restaurant the next time I stay.

There is a pleasure boat next to the ferry.

The pool is good
Quiet zone, so quiet, wide and good.

However,
Wet feeling due to the river
I can not see the mold in the room

I had an exceptional stay at the Peninsula Bangkok. The grounds and pool are gorgeous. (I particularly loved the floral arrangements and lush landscaping.) The common areas and guest rooms are comfortable, spotless, and have a low-key, but unquestionably luxe, feel. The food and beverages were tasty. (I had lunch by the pool, dinner at Thiptara, and drinks in the lobby.)

There are many tours and classes offered by the hotel. I took part in the Biennale tour during which we visited Wat Arun, Wat Phra, and Wat Prayunwongsawat via the one of the Peninsula's private boats. The tour guide, Bew, was absolutely fabulous! The tour was a great mix of Bangkok history and contemporary art by primarily Thai artists. It was also a total deal at 500 baht.

I was lucky enough to be in town for Loy Krathong, and really enjoyed the hotel's fireworks display and festive atmosphere. I cannot recommend The Peninsula highly enough.

[In 2017] The first visit to Bangkok, delicious and hot Thai food, sweet but not greasy Thai milk tea, plus a day of fatigue, into a comfortable, service-breaking restaurant! It really makes people very relaxed. Because the room was not ready when chech in, the friendly hotel reception staff invited us to wait in the rest area, sipping fresh juice and feeling the customer-oriented service. The hotel has superb views over the Chao Phraya River, plus the prosperous water transportation. The way to enter the hotel is all in a small boat. The surrounding traffic is also very convenient. You can take a taxi or take the hotel's free transportation boat to the opposite side. BTS MRT station. Overall, the hotel made me feel different experiences.

The service, equipment and decoration are really first-class, and there is a private transportation boat. The large window view of the room looks at the river and the traffic boat and the night scene. After several years of staying, I can keep my information and ask me if I want to live the same. The room relives the old dream, and the riverside night market is on the other side of the river.

A little dated but very clean, friendly staff. Lifts are old, doors take an age to open, key cards faulty too. Breakfast is excellent, spoilt by having to queue- 30mins on Saturday. Expected 5 star, didn't get it but was charged for it.

Good to reputation

Good to reputation
Booked for 4 nights including breakfast, and there was 1 promotion for dinner buffet over 4 nights.
I checked before eating the dinner buffet and entered, but while I was eating, the staff was embarrassed to come
He said he was mistaken when he asked to check.
Another staff member asked me to sign the payment amount for breakfast the next day.,....I made a mistake again this time

I went to the counter and checked the hotel deposit history twice.
Not surprisingly, it was also charged at the reception counter.
Show details
Then I checked it... except that it was good

Probably the best service I had the pleasure to experience in a hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Very pleasant Thai restaurant. Great facilities. Cannot recommend highly enough. Prices are accordingly high, but not unreasonable.

We were out at 7 am. We returned at 2:30 and our room had not been serviced. We called, and it took them half an hour to come although they said someone would be right up.

The hotel is lovely and probably is the nicest hotel in Bangkok. The orchids and flowers are beautiful . The hotel is nicely maintained and is well decorated. The breakfast buffet is one of the nicest we have ever seen. It is very extensive.
The room was large, and we had a view across the river of downtown Bangkok.

We loved the boats that shuttled us across the river or up and down to locations that were close. They are fast and efficient.

We would gladly stay at this hotel again.

We stayed 4 nights. Overall it was good. I expected some things to be better.
The good: nice sized rooms, very clean, great room service, river front views. It s walking distance to ICONSIAM. We forgot their umbrella at iconsiam, they actually found it. I have to give them a 5 star for that service. Otherwise it s 1000 baht.
The bad: we find more better food & restaurants and things to do on the other side of the river so it s a bit inconvenient. The walk to BTS is far. Taxis don t like coming to this side because they think coming over here is far. Some of the details of finishing can be better for a 5 star. Expensive breakfast for ok food. No coffee maker in the room.

I stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony for 3 nights with the best 3 wishes promotion on the website. All the staff were fluent in English, and the facilities and amenities were excellent. It was good

I chose the three options as Breakfast/Aroma Massage 80min/Tiptara Restaurant Luentip Set Menu

Breakfast was delicious, bread and jam juice, fruit was varied, and above all, it was really delicious to keep cutting mangoes.

The aroma massage was really good. The staff was so friendly, so good and comfortable. I fell asleep.

Tip Tara Restaurant is a very expensive set menu, but since it is really authentic authentic Thai food, our couple, who have special Korean tastes, were sorry for leaving the main menu. I understand that it's a dessert with mango on bamboo or a really high-quality authentic dish, but it was a bit disappointing because it didn't suit our taste.

For the amenities, I use Oscar de la rental products, and the scent was good, and the water at the famous swimming pool was really good.

I want to give you 4.5 stars, but I only picked 4 or 5, so I picked 4. The reason for the reduction of 0.5 is because some employees felt uncomfortable.

Both me and the groom are not good at English and they speak enough to communicate. So I don't know if it's because I can't speak English or because I'm Asian

For example, the bellboy who guided me to the check-in counter at the lobby on the first day was uncomfortable because I couldn't understand because it was the lobby or the explanation too quickly. It was a little bad because I personally felt that I could not make eye contact and be treated differently from the white woman I ordered later.

If people who speak English very well go, this part may not feel unpleasant, so it would be a 5 star hotel in that respect, but I'll give you 4 points like 4.5

The rooms are large and comfortable. It passes by Chao Phraya River and passes by boat, so it is not related to the noise of Bangkok. The ferry will come soon and I can enjoy it. There are many types of breakfast but the same every day. Three corners of the room because it smells like sewage.

My wife and I stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon in Thailand. While the rooms are slightly dated, the service was excellent and the food (both dinner and breakfast the next morning) were fantastic.

Top quality restaurants and service, a gorgeous property looking back into the city, and convenient shuttle boat to help get around. Not necessarily the place to go for authentic Thai food, but otherwise a great hotel.

Totally in love with the Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok. The rooms are really large and they have big windows over the whole wall with a fantastic view on the river and the city. Everything in is the hotel is so wonderful and comfortable ( with a great spa, the swimming pool area, the restaurants, the rooms, the inside of the hotel), that you will want to stay there all the time. If you still decide to go out, the hotel has boats that will take you on the other side of the river in on demand. Very much recommended.
