Great pub and attentive staff. We had a good meal with excellent appetizers and mains. However we did not enjoy our desserts. But, overall, recommended!

Excellent when open to the public. Suffers from a conveyor belt of weddings at weekends, in which case head 100m north to the Dame Alice Owen.

Super lovely local pub with amazingly friendly and fuss free service. The roasts are delicious and all food is tasty and freshly prepared. Amazing how quickly the food comes out. Went with large group of friends around Christmas. Really lovely quintisenntial modern British gastropub
