Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and fair. I think that makes five stars. Actually for the folks at Personal Computer Terminal, they are stars in the way they take care of any computer problems I bring to them, and in the way they make one feel more than just another customer. That's the "Personal" touch to the service they offer. You can't beat that any way you look at it.
I have been using these guys for the last few years and my dad even longer. We both find these guys to provide great service, professional and extremely competitive with pricing. I have recommended PCT to all my family and friends and I would not do so if I was not confident with their overall care, and that is what they do, they care.

Had them upgrade a used laptop I purchased elsewhere. Not only professional, helpful and friendly but also had a great dog to greet me. They also replaced the battery with one from their display so I wouldn't have to wait for one to be shipped in. I am coming back with a desktop P.C. and upgrade/cleanse of the laptop. Highly recommended.

The best customer service that I have ever encountered
I loved my transformer that was purchased for me by a gentleman friend. I had the transformer for 2 years and it quit on me. I went in to have them repair and it was unrepairable. I purchased another one 2nd hand, it was worth the swap. I give the men and lady 5 stars for being the best in the biz. The IT guy himself, I give him an extra 5 stars. They were very patient with me and also they know the business inside and out. Thank you everyone... This is my computer store from now on..... Anyone who is reading this... please make it yours also....
I took a desktop in to be cleaned. Was cheaper here than elsewhere. Staff was polite and courteous. Patrick was awesome! Was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. My new computer store of choice. I will definitely be back.

In fairness I wish to state, no business is perfect, and any problems and concerns I have experienced with PCT, over the past 15 years, were addressed in a fair, honest and professional manner.

I have been dealing with Mike Gadawski at Personal Computer Terminal for about 24 years now. How's that for a long standing business relationship?
Mike started out his computer business with Mountain Computer in Hamilton. He then moved the business to Brantford and then renamed the business to Personal Computer Terminal.
PCT was located beside the license office on West St. for about 18 years then the business is now at Nelson St. and Clarence St.
PCT has always provided me with amazing prices, quality and service for residential and business needs. PCT also offers employee purchase plans for computers.

I've gone through a few computer places in Brantford over the years, but I've been the most impressed with PCT. Patrick has been great at answering all of my questions and all of the other staff have been very helpful as well. It also helps me that they're just a block away from my home.

Just checked the prices 120 kingston ssd that sells for 50$ anywhere for 120$ this place is a huge ripoff please note i did not shop there i am too smart with my money to waste it here
After dealing with Best Buy and their rip off prices I came here amazing people very very nice staff they repaired my pc for a little cost of 90 dollars when Best Buy would have repaired it for 200+ I am super shocked and if anything else happens I will be coming back here I recommend this place 100% thank you guys :) also thank you to Andrew for being a really great IT

PC Terminal is a Brantford family owned business.They provide friendly, personalized service, excellent product value, and work very hard to reach your timeline. I have been coming to P.C. Terminal for almost 10 years, and I encourage small business owners, and individuals to give them a try. I don't think you could ever switch. I know I can't.
Fantastic independent owned computer repair and sales shop, recommend you visit for great deals and friendly service.
Brought a computer from my work in, asked them to save any data from the old failing drive. They told me it failed while they tried to image it and file to file transfer would freeze up their system. If I wanted too, I could pay $1000's to recover the data. I'm not computer illiterate, just didn't want to do work a favour on my free time. So I decided to install the drive as a secondary drive and was able to copy all the files over I wanted. Good thing I knew something about computers....
