I been to many burger places and I call myself a burger guru. So far Fuddruckers has kept itself on the top on my list beating out Whataburger which is not easy in Texas. Fuddruckers has more of a homemade taste packed with great flavor.
Excellent burgers that you fix your own way with self serve toppings. Everything is fresh and delicious.
From the moment I touched the sticky door handle I knew I wasn't going to enjoy this experience. The man taking my order was the manager and was dealing with an employee at the same time. He would ask me questions twice concerning the specificity of my order. He just was not paying attention. There was trash all over the floor and the drink station was filthy. My son's burger was extremely dry and my salad was sad. I'm going to go out in a limb and assume all of Fuddruckers restaurants are like this. :/
For a menu of mostly burgers... There are a lot of options. Food is always good.

Good food, and pretty quick. Just wish there were more fries with the order. I got it large, but it still was less than a basket of fries at Red Robin.
This location is a little hidden but the food was good and had a lot of seating.
Apparently the portions of fries and onion rings have shrunk! Thought it was a kids meal!?! Too pricey for what you get. Wouldn't go back

I've been coming here; as well as other locations for quite some time. Our family enjoys the atmosphere, it has such a great vibe once you walk in. However, given this location only, we have been subjected to very rude and close to disrespectful cashier staff; as they are the one's you initially meet and take your order. This being said, we continue to come because of the great food and atmosphere, which can't be ruined because of one employee.
There are many places to sit, booths, round, square, and close to all ammenities. Each booth has a specific artist or genre; which makes it a fun topic for discussion. There is a "kid zone", very close by so you can keep your eye on your kids. There is basic table/chair seating available in an open dining area; all decorated in the rock/artist styles.
The food preparation is open viewing, so you can watch everything from their bakery to their cooking of main dishes.
The music is pre-set, but its a gteat array of music genre's.
Perhaps you won't land on a bad cashier day, perhaps you will just take in the great food and art vibe. I'm pretty sure you will enjoy your time here.

Cashier either can t count or is just so petty to steal 10$ from me when she is handing my change back. The manager now is saying that it will take an hour for her to audit the cashiers drawer. Yayyy happy Father s Day this place sucks!

The manager was very helpful... Staff didn't really cared about my order... I specifically requested both burgers medium and one cut in half... When I got paged to get my order the burger wasn't cut I asked the girl to please cut it... She said the cook forgot about it but didn't helped me out she just handed me a knife so I could do it myself. Then when we took a bite of our burgers they were well done... The manager took over and helped us to get our order correct...
This is Fuddruckers. The fun/casual eatery that you can get a gourmet burger at and build it to suit you. The setting was spit on and have no complaints, (except the crying child in the corner)

I went to this location with my son and we chose to try the hangover burger. The cashier was nice with us but she misunderstood my order, I realized that when i went to the counter to pick up our burgers, I noticed that it was not the one that i ordered, i went back with the nice cashier and she apologized about the wrong order. She told me: I will give you the correct orders don t worry sir, then i ask her: how much do i owe you for the new order? She said: don t worry sir, the difference will go on the house, i said thank you!
Then the MANAGER ( a white guy ) called me and told me: sir, im not going to give you new burgers if you want me to fix your order, YOU have to pay the difference, i noticed that the cashier was kind of ashamed for that, I pay this person the difference and he gave me the same burgers, he just added the missing condiments. With the time that it took, burgers were cold. When me and my son approached the table, he told me: Dad, that guy ( the manager ) is racist he talked to you kind of loud and why he charged you when the lady said that there would not be a charge?........the wrost experience i ever had

Delicious burgers and excellent portions! At this location our burgers were cooked a little longer than expected (medium rare seemed more like medium, medium seemed more like medium well, etc) so if you are particular about your level of "doneness" maybe ask or order one level lower than usual. Can't wait to go back!
My first time eating there and I was ordering over the phone. When i was placing our order an employee named Carlos answered the phone. We ordered burgers and i didn't know you guys had different sizes for y'alls burgers; so when Carlos asked what size i asked if he could give me a second so I can ask my everyone what size. Well once I said that, over the phone, he said "oh my god" with attitude. And that made me upset because that is really disrespectful. So I hung up but my manager told me to call back and ask for a manager and just place the order with him. So I called back righ... well to find out mister Carlos is the manager there. Never again will I order over the phone from this fuddruckers again.
Excellent food and drinks (coke). They have the only salad bar in the city where you can top your own hamburger.

Very pricy and they can't seem to cook burgers to order. I ordered medium rare and got well done. It was a company get-together and others in our party weren't satisfied with the way burgers were cooked.
Fuddruckers is still putting out awesome burgers and one very delicious hot dog. A good dog is not easy to find.

I love the buns, fries, and cookies here. Always a good experience. The line can get really long at lunch though, try to go early.

Great burgers and atmosphere...a family place that will keep kids of all ages happy and full.
My children love Fuddruckers so we were excited to find one on our recent trip to San Antonio. The food was pretty good and the place was clean but the staff were rude. When my son asked for a cup for water, the manager tossed it at him. Maybe he was playing but it hit my son on the face and the manager just want "oooppss" without an appology. My son was fine, but when the management is like this I wonder what the staff has in the way of models of appropriate staff trainings.
