The Orlando Collection by Hilton Review

I stayed here for a Conference in early February 2021. COVID caused all but 2 restaurants to close down. One was open for lunch and dinner. The other was open all day. It had a limited menu, and had a grab-and-go cooler as well as snacks, chips and bottled beverages including some alcohol. The rooms were nice sized and comfortable. The bed seemed firm but not like a board. The room seemed fairly quiet, but then the hotel was not full. The bathroom was large enough but not huge. The hotel has a walkway to the Orlando Convention Center. There are a lot of dining choices nearby however it would be about a 15 minute walk if you didn't have a car. I would stay here again depending on what I was in Orlando to do.

Wonderful amenities. The exterior in no way matches the beauty of the interior and outdoor amenities. The pools and lazy river are reason enough to come here. The cleanliness and care they take for those with allergies is above and beyond. The staff was incredible.

Love it. Great ace. Came here for a conference of a business I am apart of. Staff is friendly. However signs to client parking would be very helpful because the only parking we could find was the valley parking garage.....

My family and I have been coming here for quite some time now. We love this hotel. Its very clean, neat and all employees are always nice. Can't wait to come back again!

My college age kids and I enjoyed a mini-vacation in Orlando. The Hilton Orlando was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the lazy river, as well as, the fire pits in the evening. The restaurant menu was limited, but food was good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Horrible hotel. I had a reservation and arrived and switched rooms three times before giving up. Two rooms were dirty (food splatter on walls, dirt in bed, an actual bug on the pillow and brown mold all over the lampshade) and one had a door with a broken lock. I was so mad I ended canceling my reservation and checking into a three star hotel instead which was safer and cleaner. This hotel needs to get its act together. Completely unacceptable for the prices they charge.

Absolutely Breathtaking!!! Beyond friendly staff, gorgeous interior and the outdoor resort pool area is unbelievable! It was beyond what I have seen at other properties and I am so glad I had the opportunity to spend a part of my spring break weekend at this property rather than another! #SpringBreak #HiltonHotels

On site amenities were top notch for our family. Thoroughly enjoyed the lazy
River , main pool
And hot tub, as well
As the rear quiet pools
And children s splash pad. Poolside drink service was a bonus.

Excellent!! The gentleman that checked us in at the reception I think his name was Bobby was absolutely fabulous. I am the employer of over 15 people and I would really like to know how to keep a person that positive smiley and generous towards guests. that was really the nicest welcome we got in a hotel ever.
Other than that the hotel is fantastic, kept in very very well conditioned huge area for pools hot tubs fire pits and everything you may want for your Orlando visit!! I am definitely not going to any other hotel in my next Orlando visit.

Great proximity to the Orlando Convention center, but rooms are a little run down for the price. If you are looking for location and not picky about outdated room, then yes, i would recommend. Otherwise i would stay somewhere else probably for less. Steakhouse restaurant is closed but David's Bar is open for lunch. They had good service and the food was good for bar food.
