My stay was exceptional! From the arrival, to departure, everything was fantastic! The room was spotless. The staff was better than anywhere I've ever been. The Bellman, Mr. Jake, was one of a kind! Will definitely be staying here when in New Orleans again!

Really nice hotel. Great southern hospitality! We stayed here and Harrah's and if I was to return i would pick the Double Tree for my whole stay. It was more central to the city, and just as lovely.
The stay here was great! The rooms were awesome and so was the service we received!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend this location to anyone!
High recommend this hotel. Great customer service. The front desk staff makes you feel welcome from checkin to checkout. Tionnie who works front desk is great. We were in town for a mini vacation with family and friends. The hotel is walking distance from Bourbon street and numerous of other great restaurants. It is right across the street from the casino as well as walking distance to the Riverwalk Outlet Collection. Breakfast was good, even though it was limited due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The hotel was clean and made sure that all precautions were being taken during this difficult time of dealing with a pandemic. Diffidently will stay at this property again for future visits. Loved it!
This was everything I came to expect from Hilton as a Hilton Honors member I am 95% of the time please with my experiences check-in was seamless the rooms were very nice clean the bed very comfortable the internet was very fast. The only thing you should codes that you will be paying for parking even though most people in a big city should know you pay for parking but posted just to be safe thank you I had a wonderful experience
Room 1526 Smells like sewer it's awful we went out and bought airfreshner spray. Hotel did check our ro but it was the room below 1426 and it was the same way so we stayed in our room 1526 and kept the bathroom door closed. I called Hilton asking if there is a early check out penalty and he advised me that I would be charged $75. The bed is slanted they give you 4 soft very small pillows it was awful. Check out is at 11am and housekeeping was banging on our door at 8am. We woke up thinking something was wrong this is unacceptable. Management should give notification to housekeeping on which rooms have checked out and the ones who have not. The lady who check us in and out was very nice. The overnight lady yelled at me to put mask on when she clearly seen me at the door putting it on my husband said to her can you see she is putting it on. Valet workers are awesome they were tipped well.. I would not stay here again due to the room and housekeeping. Great location, lobby clean but this hotel is not our comfort level.
If you re a Hilton Honors member and you re expecting the same quality as other Hilton hotels, beware. The lobby is beautiful and well-maintained. Most of the staff is helpful. Valet system is convenient. However, the rooms are poorly maintained (stains on the benches, very strong chemical smells in the hallway and room, very tight spaces, very thin walls). There was a lack of communication about amenities. You have to request housekeeping. When we did at 12:40, they told us it was too late, so we didn t get our room cleaned during our three night stay. You have to get a breakfast ticket from the front desk before lining up for someone to serve you a grab and go breakfast, and service was very slow.
I m having a horrible stay, and I m here until Monday. When I arrived, the first room I was in wasn t clean. They moved me to another room, and this one is worse. The toilet is leaking, the room wasn t clean, and the walls and curtains are disgusting (food/drink stains everywhere). I paid way too much money to have to stay somewhere I m not comfortable sleeping in.
The accommodating staff made our experience wonderful. The hotel location is in a great proximity to walking the french quarter and is directly across the street from Harrah's casino. 45$ per night parking, however the valet staff is awesome and our car was secure.
