I love the Hotel it has everything which is great, the place is huge and clean although the bed sheets and pillows of the room smelled like sweaty which was annoying. The pillows and bed were super comfortable though. The drinks and food at the pool are decent. I really like that they have a lazy river and kiddie pools for kids. You do have to wake up early to be able to get chairs because I was going in circles trying to find one. The service is a little slow but it is understandable due to the heavy flow of people. The employees are very friendly and really help you. I really didn't like the $30 dollars a day for self parking, plus our key card never worked so it was a pain to come in and out. You have to make reservations for the Italian restaurant I don't know about the other ones. I think that they should just have valet for the people that want it, and just leave the self parking free or at least lower the price I feel like $30 is a ridiculous price. Overall it was a great experience and I do see myself coming back.

Great Hotel, very clean and a very accommodating staff. The valet and bell staff were very hard to locate at times which was frustrating. Other than that, everyone was very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Nada checked us in at the front desk, she was absolutely excellent at her job. Thank you for making our stay even more special.

The rooms felt new and very clean. Very fresh and contemporary style and decor. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed every second we had at the pool area. Very large pool grounds with a long lazy river, I could've stayed in that pool for days!

I will definitely come back here with my family again or even come and stay for a golf outing with my buddies. Great location and directly next door to Waldorf Astoria. You can also dine and use the facilities at thr Waldorf. Glad we chose this property, it was excellent!

One of our favorite hotels to stay at! We normally book about 2-3 times a year at the least. The premises are beautiful, food is amazing, and ambiance is always spectacular! Cassandra the GM in Harvest Bistro made or recent stay for my husband's birthday extra special. All of the staff is wonderful and we can't wait to come back again! We are Diamond Hilton members so we are expectations are high when we stay at a Hilton property. Bonnet Creek always gets 5 stars from us!

Wonderful place to stay! Great experience, accommodating, and very friendly & helpful staff. We stayed on the 12th floor, very quiet and overlooked the pool. Comfortable beds and pillows. Has valet parking, but easy access for self parking. Awesome little food truck there the nights we stayed- Great food! Free breakfast for Diamond and gold members We could see some of the parks from our room- including the Epcot ball! The Beech bar had some great drink options.

Before I purchased over the phone, I was told I could purchase a fold away bed for our room for an additional $25. When I got there, all beds were already rented out. They offered me another room for $100, but I'm not falling for that racket. Let me say it was a horrible night's sleep. I was also embarrassed at La Luce, one of their restraunts. That's a different story/different review. We spent over a grand there between the room, food and shopping for one night and that just makes the whole experience that much worse, lol. Horrible experience.

Fantastic hotel experience from the very beginning! Front desk was amazing for all our accommodations upon arrival. The hotel was clean with great beds, bathroom, and space. The options in the bar are a bit pricey (comparable to Disney prices) for drinks and snacks, but hey you re on vacation.
Would definitely recommend over an on-site Disney hotel for the price.
5-10 minute drive from each park, 15 minutes from universal.

I love this hotel, although in reality it should be called a resort. 2 medium sized pools connected by a lazy river. There is also a large convention center that is shared by the Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf next door. Decent rooms and a great view of Disney. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great resort to relax and unwind. The resort style pool, lazy river, 2 hot tubs are great. Be prepared for a resort fee and a parking fee. The resort has several activities and some were limited. The rooms are clean and comfy. Lobby has several restaurants but many are closed due to Covid. Myth bar was great with food and drinks. Went for breakfast buffet at Oscar's at Waldorf Astoria adjoining which was just ok - H. Diamond member.
