Amazing customer service with a smile and even a joke. They were extremely busy when I arrived, but they worked as a team and hot everyone out very quickly. The suv I rented was extremely clean as well. Drop off was quick and easy and the shuttle driver was there to take me back to Subaru. Great business, with great staff. Thank you enterprise.

My experience started off hostile! (On my part)... Enterprise staff(Ontario, Ca) took real good care of me... I will be doing more business with them in the bear future!... Enterprise on Vanderbuilt..

I had a very bad experience at this location, and management did nothing but sweep it under the carpet and act like nothing happened. This happened over a year ago , and I exhausted all my due diligence to rectify this matter. This falls on deaf ears, they simply just don t care at Enterprise and specifically this location.

I felt like staff was a bit indifferent to my presence. I liked the car I got. I just feel that I didnt get the kindest associate.

Lousy service, I hate the way they treat you like your stupid, very pushy on they're coverage too! Terrible service, they need to fire everyone and get new staff! 1 star I give them, also they raise they're rates, lying to customers!! Prices are very high. Don't waste your time!!!

Great People and Mgr. Very Courteous, I've been Renting from Enterprise Rental since living in Md. I find their very nice here as well. Thanks to ALL. Thank you Natalie since I've known you the longest since moving from Md to here.

Horrible!!! If I could rate this location 0 I would.I waited in the lobby for over 40mins they were so under staff that when I did get help I felt I was being rushed and some of the information I was given was incorrect. I wasn't able to get my deposit back after 3 different people told me I would or I would get some of it back. Now I'm out of 300 dollars because the representative didn't clairify information because she was trying to get back inside to help the other 10 people waiting in the lobby. I will NEVER ever return to this location.

Although the vehicle I rented was very comfortable, the tobacco smell was overwhelming. I couldn t believe that someone actually smoked in the vehicle. Hope he or she was penalized. The vehicle I rented was a white Subaru Legacy with Nevada plates

Best customer service! The manager, Ms. Cherika, and her team, in particular Ms. Alicia has always met our needs and went above our expectations compared to other Enterprise locations. Thank you so much for making things easier for us, even those times when we make a late reservation, they somehow manage to pull through for us. Thank you!

Very good service and staff . Always helpful when i come in for a car or truck

Excellent service. The agent were very courteous, helpful and willing to go extra mile to help. As soon as I step into the front desk the agent was very welcoming. It took only couple of minutes to escort me to the rental car and I was out on my way with a pleasant experience. The car was clean and in good condition. The check out was also very pleasant. They gave me ride back to my destination without wait. The place is second to none for rental car.

Reserved a Nissan Rogue, they were out of that car so they upgraded us to a Nissan Armada, put a big grin on our face, highly recommand this place!!

Great services. They have one way. Picked up in one State, left it in another. Pricey, but when you need that, they are the only car rental that does this.

The associates at this office were wonderful. They were very professional and kind. The manager Cherika was also great. I have a special needs sister and she took the time to find out and note what accommodations she could make for our next visit. I will be using Enterprise once again this weekend. Thanks!

I have zero complaints about my recent rental experience. Great customer service.

Stay far away frm this location. They lie to their customers. They hardly answer their phones and if they do they put you on hold forever before hanging up on you. They tell you they ll call you back but they never do. Terrible customer service!
