Highly recommend. Enterprise has high standards for its employees and it shows. Customers feel like they are cared for here . Thanks to Evan and his fellow associates for a pleasant experience. I would definitely use Enterprise again!

I have a long term rental with Enterprise. I have had a vehicle rented since June 2017. I have changed my car four or five times to accommodate the passengers I need in the car. I am not a NEW customer when I call now, actually, I am not even the person being billed for my rental and yet---EVERY encounter I have with an Enterprise agent has been outstanding. They are polite, professional, friendly and so easy to work with, they are accommodating and caring. I look forward to using Enterprise in the future, my family is already on Team Enterprise because of my sharing the wonderful customer service I receive time and time again. I worked in customer service and sales so I am not easy to please. But Enterprise Ontario JOB WELL DONE BRAVO!

I always rent pick up trucks and I always rent after the Ontario vandeebelt location and the manager MATT is AMAZING he makes me feel like family and always gets me in and out quick he is amazing at his JOb he is the ABSOLUTE BEST Do I smell a PROMOTION !!!!!!!!

We were having a hard time finding a rental after being told many different stories. Finally came to this enterprise and Matt was very helpful with getting us a vehicle. He even got us a car at the best rate and was overall just a cool guy. Even filed a complaint on our behalf. Bc of the enterprise call center and the hassle they caused us. Thank you again we appreciate it.

I always go to the same enterprise and I've never had a problem til now. I was put in a car that smelled of cigarette smoke real bad. I called an hr after getting the car no answer emailed them and still haven't gotten a response and that was over 2 weeks ago. But when I returned the car the sales man was very nice and helpful. I have another reservation coming 8/7/2020 hopefully we get a good car.

This was the most unorganized experience I have ev...

This was the most unorganized experience I have ever dealt with at a rental company. When I arrived by shuttle driver, I stood outside for about 10 mins before being help. By the time they acknowledged I was there, there was a line of about 4 people behind me. Customers returning vehicles would pull up and they would go get an employee and they would be helped out of turn. The lady behind me had reserved a vehicle for pick up and was told it wasn't there and after looking and going back and forth for about 15 minutes they found the car she reserved. They told me they were washing my rental and getting it ready for me. When I received my vehicles 55 mins after I was picked up from the dealership, it was still dirty. windows has horrible water spots the inside of the windows had a thick dirt film on them. I had to go home and clean the i side of the windows just so I would be able to see while driving to work the next morning at 4am. I was asked to walk to vehicle for damage (there was a lot) everytime I pointed something out the girl said no we don't care about that. It has to be bigger then a golf ball or a dent. I showed her a dent above the gas cap and she said "no not that its just a sticker mark" I told her no it is dented under the marks. She came over and acknowledged it was dented. Needless to say this rental was no charge to me because it was provided by the dealership. In my opinion the dealership shouldn't have to pay for their customers that they send to Enterprise to receive horrible customer service. I would nkt recommend even getting a free rental from this place unless you have a ton of free time to sit around and wait for them to do who knows what because you still leave with a dirty car!

Mercedes Benz Ontario reserved a car for me. After I checked in with Enterprise, I had to wait for more than 15 min. for the lady to wash and clean the car. Moreover, the car was not a Smoked-Free car. It was a bad experience.

I have used this Enterprise Rental facility on man...

I have used this Enterprise Rental facility on many occasions for business purposes. The service is always top notch and fast. It s a small office that really hustles to get you in and out fast. When you have any issues, it s never a problem, I have always gotten service with a smile. My last car didn t have hands free blue tooth for a cell phone (I don t know why they wouldn t have that in every car but that is a corporate decision) so I asked to swap cars with one that had it. They had my second car parked out front when I pulled in and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I didn t even have to walk in the office to sign the paperwork, they walked out to me! I have been to many rental facilities for business and this facility is my top favorite. I wouldn t be surprised if this was Enterprise s highest rated facility. Try this facility, you won t be disappointed!

Everyone was fantastic and very nice. Our truck was in the shop. The car we got wasn't cleaned but we were fine with that. We just said we word take it as is. No biggie it was the end of the day an we were just glad to get a car and find a hotel. We ended up needing it longer since it took longer to get out truck fixed and they did a wonderful job working with us to get us the best possible price and shuttled where we needed to be. We will definitely be using Enterprise again just based on this experience. Thank you.

I believe that the wait time in your Ontario location is under staff due to long wait time. Also there needs to be something in place to show how many points you have at the location. Not once a month online only!

One hour wait in the heat to get a car, their operation is in shambles. Other people get to cut the line because of God knows what, I asked why did someone who hasn't been waiting go before me and responded with an I don't know.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They picked me up at the auto body shop and rented me a car very quickly. The car return process was the same, quick and efficient. I would use them again if needed.

Positive experience. All done quickly, pricing bet...

Positive experience. All done quickly, pricing better than at other places near the airport. Had a bit of booboo with the vehicle - was offered a discount.
Perhaps one thing to improve upon - currently no option to drop off out of hours. I can understand why it is done but to some this may be a dealbreaker.

Daniel is a fantastic rental car rep. Made the family and I very comfortable during the entire process. Pick-up and check out was very simple and the return drop off just the same. Will definitely use Enterprise and this location again.

Dodge dealership provided me a free car for 3 days for the recall issues. I returned the car today on time with no problem. I don't think I need to pay the $10.84 as a tax fee to you. Please refund it to my credit card.

We always come here once football season starts again lol. Sometimes this place gets pretty busy so they do have times they run out of rentals, especially on holidays. Make sure to reserve the car a couple days in advanced.

This was an insurance rental for 1-2 days and the representative only showed cars that were the max rate of $50 a day stating that is all that were available. I was put in a challenger and charged a luxury, there was nothing luxury about a vehicle with cloth seats and no Bluetooth. I will not use Enterprise again.

Original reservation was for a sedan, an Altima fo...

Original reservation was for a sedan, an Altima for a full month. We get here to pick up the car and I m told that it is no longer available. Not sure what the point is of a reservation. The only car available was a Toyota Tacoma. Not looking forward to the higher gas mileage so they tell me try it a week and bring it back and will trade it for something else. a week later I call before I come in to confirm they have something available with better mileage. I m told yes they have various Camrys and Altimas and come on in. The lady even asked me what time I would be in and I told her. I get there at the time I told the lady and to my surprise no sedans are available. Huge waste of my time and I m very disappointed. Not a good way to start your morning.

I've used Enterprise many times, mostly when my car is being serviced. They are always courteous and helpful, and I often end up getting a car nicer than I expected. Definitely happy with their service.

If I could put zero stars, I would, but not an option to post this review. Cherika Ramsey, I later found out is the manager at this location. My story on her behavior is quite awkward. She simply and plainly did not want to provide service after I was shuttled in from a collision center which conducts regular business with this company directly. I let her know I was interested in a different vehicle which I saw online right before arriving. It was at several locations in the same city. She told me I could not get it for that price because they had a certain deal with insurance companies, so I'd have to pay the price difference. I then said, I'll just pay it all in full myself, and I'll bill my insurance later, no worries. She then said that vehicle was not in her location. I said no problem, you can have someone bring it in from another location, right? Long story short, she had me wait, forgot about me, then let me know that the vehicle was NO WHERE in the region from West all the way to Indio. I asked what she DID have available at her location over an hour later, (because she said she had to help everyone in the lobby FIRST). I said oh, okay, and patiently waited. She then told me she only had SUV's and trucks...NO CARS. I asked her if she can look for another location that had cars. She ended up rolling her eyes at me like a child, I let her know that was unprofessional and unnecessary...she then called a company in Rialto, and upon finding a vehicle, she stated to her "Not too sure how she's gonna get there, hahaha, but I'll let her know". She failed to ask what type of vehicle it was. I asked her, the vehicle might be to small that she has to offer, right? She said Yes, it most definitely can be smaller, and smiled. I said , can you call her and ask? She then looked at the shuttle driver and told him to take me back. I asked, "You are going to deny me service because you simply don't want to help me find a car to rent?" She again told the driver to take me back. I said politely, thank you (she said your welcome)...for nothing, I finished my sentence. I let her know politely she is lacking in customer service skills and that is unfortunate. I returned to the collision center, which were quick to ask me what happened. I was told to repeat my story to 2 other superiors. They were very apologetic since they send their customers over there. I told them it is not their fault Cherika chose to behave this way. I told them I'd rather schedule my rental ahead so I don't get stuck in this situation, which I would have never imagined to happen. I then let them know I'd be back with them with my business, got my car and left. Cherika could have chosen to help me find the vehicle I needed, and this story would have had a happy ending and positive review. Moral of the story: Don't be like Cherika...that's not too nice. Cherika is the manager, and I was told a college graduate...yet she lacks customer service skill. Cherika should be placed in a cubicle so she can better share her talents with this company without compromising customers, which is what makes the company exist. Extremely unsatisfied. (Excuse any typos, I'm in a hurry, no editing). Have a great day everyone!

Well i got a car quick. But seeing that they can look up your insurance, they will still ask u to get their insurance, which i didnt need. My insurance covers rentals and even though they knew that, they will try and take your $50. So enjoy your hassle free service with a great rental, just avoid being scamed on the insurance.

Probably the best experience I've had with a renta...

Probably the best experience I've had with a rental car over all! The customer service was phenomenal. I felt included in everything that happens they even checked on me towards the ending of my rental time to see if I was alright with the car I had & if I needed anything. The rep that helped me the day of was very friendly & efficient. He also didn't stay out the process I was in & out within 20 mins even after answering all my questions. Very satisfied.

The staff at this store is always very professiona...

The staff at this store is always very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. The manager is very kind and considerate to the needs of the customer. The level of customer service at this store is not experienced any more in the workplace, sadly.

I am very grateful that they are there and happily will continue to travel an extra few miles to get to the store.

Its my grand-daughters birthday today so being the...

Its my grand-daughters birthday today so being the surprise guest I spent $15 to Lyft to the Ontario airport to pick my rental up I booked thru Expedia to find out they don't except debit cards. I've used my debit card at several locations so obviously Im flustered. I called this Enterprise location to try and salvage my day and get picked up so I can still make the party and was told they cant come to the airport to pick up a customer. Seriously? Finally, I was told someone would pick me up anyway. 45 minutes later I'm walking back to my original location because I can't see wasting $30 on Lyft for nothing. I call this Enterprise location to find out the driver went to pick me up at the airport and was told that the driver went to a location I wasn't even at. I was told that if I could find a way to this location, they would help me out. Thanks. Ruined what was supposed to be a great day.
