In the USA you eat the dishes abundantly, in SP you don't have that spirit

I Normally attend for business meetings and to entertain with friends. I never really had an issue at all except for a late drink. I called and placed an order around 10 oclock last night and the disposition of the person I felt with was uneasy. Not to mention I recieved the wrong orders ..i understand things happen but i am an was not very happy at 4101conroy rd service

The food was great but they seated us near the bar when we went in and seated several other tables as well and only had one waitress for the whole bar/tables and she was having a hard time keeping up. She was friendly just not very fast lol.

My favourite chain restaurant in the states. Love this place! The iced tea is my favourite!

I mean, its Olive Garden. Classic Italian dishes. Great salad and wonderful soups. You will definitely leave stuffed.

This Olive Garden has plenty of parking. The staff that took my order were polite and answered my questions on certain menu vegetable exchanges. It was a take out order and they offered me water (nice gesture- it may not seem like much but it was hot outside & some places you have to beg for water). Will definitely return.

Very good dishes come with bread and soup at will. Super friendly attendants .Very good food. I really recommend it.

The food was delicious and the server was very nice. I never felt neglected or in need of things and the food came quickly.

No waiting time!... clean, fast and friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask.

I haven't been to an olive garden in a while but a bit disappointed this time. The food was okay , not that great,but the service was not up to par at all! I know that salad and breadsticks come with your meal, we had to ask for breadsticks and the waitress never even brought out a salad or did she even ask if we wanted a salad! I asked her at the end of our meal if they didnt serve salad anymore and she said if you want it, it is an option. Since when is it an option unless it is between soup or salad, which she never even asked us if we wanted either. She asked if we wanted some salad, after I questioned it and after we had already turned down dessert. Not sure if I will go back

I did carside. It was decent and fast. Nothing to really brag about. The young man who took my order was nice.

We went there for there lunch and we were seated after 15 minutes the waiter never came by and i notice guests after us were seated and had their drinks. Waited 5 more minutes and the waiter never showed up, we walked out.....this is VERY POOR service and after reading the other posts this has happened to other customers......

My server was great and the food was good. I have to drive from Saint Cloud FL because the Loop location service is not as good and the food is always cold or wrong.

We come to Olive Garden very often for birthdays ,celebration and for a family gathering dinners. Today the waiter had no patience , forgot to get our drinks , didn t bring our soups or salads (we asked multiple times reminding them to bring our food & they constantly kept looking at us , rolling their eyes & always kept ignoring us )
She talked to us with a lot of attitude & dropped cheese on our drinks .
They look half an hour to just bring our salads , and never came around to re-fills on our soups or salads .
Only half of our table got their drinks ... We are here to celebrate my Grandmothers birthday and we were treated horribly for absolute no reason.

Wonderful food as always. Had trouble with the order and the manager was able to make everything work out well.

Service was slow on refilling my drink, I had to get the clean up buss person to bring a refill. The food was good, but it wasn't worth me getting upset at getting no refill service!

Sometimes the food is hit or miss at this location (especially with food being cold), but on this visit, the food was great and hot.. Service was excellent.

Very good food, the pasta is excellent and they have a good variety of wine ... The service is good but somewhat slow ... If you are not in a hurry you can enjoy a good meal.

Delicious meals at a good price for different tastes

We had lunch around 2 pm, it was midweek in low season, but still there was a good movement, without being crowded. We were served quickly efficiently, food was great and it didn't take long. Good prices, highly recommend! Especially for those who love Italian food, like me!

Horrible experience. Our waitress brought us powdered Parmesan from a container instead of freshly grated Parmesan, when we asked for additional. She never did bring my granddaughter's glass of water. My son-in-law had the all-you-can-eat lasagna and we had to ask where his second helping was when everyone else had finished eating. When he finally got it, it was a half-portion. We had to ask for the grapes that should have come with one of the children's meals. The salad bowl she brought, at the start of the meal, was not even half full. She had us hand her our empty plates instead of picking them up herself. Since when is the guest supposed to bus their own table? We love Olive Garden, but this one is definitely OFF our list.

A restaurant with a good price, quality and quantity, coordinating attention.

It was busy but is always good there they always treat you real good.

I will not be going out that way again, but in general the service was ok...too noisy for a quiet dinner, some restaurants should really focus on family areas where there are a lot of screaming children while the parents are having their dinner. Well guess what some of us want a quiet dinner

Tried calamari for the first time here and I truly enjoyed it. I don't eat it anywhere else because it just doesn't come close. The Tiramisu and little dessert cups are decadent.
