Horrible experience. Our waitress brought us powdered Parmesan from a container instead of freshly grated Parmesan, when we asked for additional. She never did bring my granddaughter's glass of water. My son-in-law had the all-you-can-eat lasagna and we had to ask where his second helping was when everyone else had finished eating. When he finally got it, it was a half-portion. We had to ask for the grapes that should have come with one of the children's meals. The salad bowl she brought, at the start of the meal, was not even half full. She had us hand her our empty plates instead of picking them up herself. Since when is the guest supposed to bus their own table? We love Olive Garden, but this one is definitely OFF our list.
