I have been to this location before and it was good; however, tonight after being seated, we waited for over 15 minutes before someone came up to us and asked if we were being served. After replying no, we were told that someone would be right with us. After another 5 minutes or so, another person came and asked the same. We decided to leave. Within this time of waiting, we saw a manager walk by us and a handful of other waiters and waitresses, including the hostess who sat us. Not a single person who passed asked us if we had been waited on other than the two waiters but never trickled to any action. Also during this time I couldn t help to note that there were two couples in which both persons of each couple were white and got served within minutes in our section. Normally this is a pleasant experience but tonight was really off, and normally I d pass it to just an off night but the clear preference and urgency to serve the two white couples while ignoring us (I am Korean) left me compelled to write this.

We had a great experience thanks to our waiter Chris James! He was hilarious, made us feel right at home, and great with our kids! Best waiter we've ever had!

Our server was awesome. Been YEARS since I was at an Olive Garden but my kids said they had never been so I told them we could go. They ate tons and it was the best server I'd had in a long time

Great service. I only have the soup salad and bread sticks. Always delicious.

The food was delicious and the Service was excellent. It was a large party and everyone was happy.

Italian restaurant chain, present in various US locations. Fair price with several choices of pasta, meat and salads. Possible to choose entree of salads or soups when buying a main course. Good alcoholic drink choices. Dishes are a little off the beaten path of classic Italian seasoning, but they offer good value for money and options that escape traditional fast food;

Not very good, high prices, attention not very good, food served cold. I'm not going anymore

I've never really had a bad olive garden. Experience 1 of my favorites. This particular day was one of my all time favorites.

It took a long time to bring the food, I congratulate the manager who solved all the inconveniences in an efficient way.

Always enjoy this location whether eating in or to go. The staff and food are great. Other locations (W. Colonial) should take notes.

This place is amazing. Great ambient. Quality serving. And the unlimited bread and salad are a must. I ordered a shrimp and mushroom angel hair pasta that was superb. I recommend Olive Garden wherever you go. House wine is also a best value. Don' t forget the hot melted chocolate cake.

Restaurant beautiful, definitely clean. Hostess were timely, server was A1, food was great and on time as well. Drinks and desserts were on point!!!! Shrimp scampi

The food was out of this world, service was fast. I did not like the way the host took the idea of changing tables, he didn't help us move the menus. We paid through ziosk and left the tip in cash. When the server came to pick up what was left on the table said that the service ( gratuity) was not included in the ticket without realizing we left it on the table. My understanding is that you tip according to the service but I also know that it I should always leave tip. I need to leave something clear... I left more that the minimum suggested. I give 5 stars for the quality of the food.

One of my favorite restaurants for special occasions without being overly expensive. Always excellent attention and delicious food. 100% recommended.

We enjoy olive garden a lot, and this location has se pretty good service for a mall area.

Love the salads and soup!!! I thought there would have been an antipasto salad in the menu (disappointed) but it's all good. Love the food.

Service was great ..but food not so much..the pasta was cold and a bit hard..my chicken was overcooked and dry..did not want to be "that customer" so we just ate and left feel like more attention is needed in kitchen to be sure food is on the fresh side..felt like we got left over lunch food since it was an early dinner

Horrible experience...will never come back. We were still eating the entres and they started bring the food right on top of it. I asked for balsamic vinegar, my server brought the cruet with no cap and said they were out of caps, and when I look at it there was something flowing inside. The carpet stinks, there is a smell of dust in the air. The bread sticks are not fresh, the warmed up and brought to us, it is very noticeable. The staff is rude.

Favorite after Sunday service dining place. Love the eggplant parmigiano.

Are you a bit finished with the American "fried" food? Then go to these olive degrees. Good Italian restaurant where you get tasty Italian food. Good salads are served with it. Very pleasant service too! You will be served quickly and well. I think the only downside is the tablet that you can use to order: I have not used it, I find it impersonal. They will come to your table anyway :)

Olive garden used to be really good but they have gotten cheap taking some noodles put some sauce and throwing some cheese and toppings on it, i could do it at home and do it better

For the last 3 times we ve been here our experience was not good. We thought the servers were not doing a good job, but that s not it. It seems like the place is not well managed so people don t know what they are doing, and we as guests end up paying for the price for that.
Our server always takes a long time to come and take the order, and then the food takes another eternity to be at the table. Even though, the food is always good and people always apologize for what happened, but having a bad experience every time we go in is not so fun.

My family had a wonderful evening experience here at this particular restaurant.Albert the manager was truly kind and fantastic and extended a welcoming warm greeting to us and made us feel at home.it's not truly authentic Italian if you are an authentic Italian eater however it's still very good food.

The soup was like drinking hot broth. No sausage or potatoes in the tuscana and we were looking for the flavor. It was very bland. The salad came out with the butt of the lettuce in the bowl. I have eaten at other Olive Gardens and I will not come back to this one. You would think they would have some pride, but everyone acted like they don t care. Poor customer satisfaction.

The worst place. Horrible smell horrible service and food was nasty.

Restaurant was nice enough, however our vehicle got broken into on their premises, was told this is common after people have been shopping. We hadn't even been shopping. Very upsetting, one staff member made a comment of us lowering the tone, as if we wanted to spend 2 hours waiting there for police to come.

If service running slow... Food is free here! Excellent food, servants and of course the management. I love it!

The food is delicious in this restaurant. The house salad is a must, you must try it. The attention is very good. They have dishes for all tastes.

Terrible service. Soup came out very late (after entry) and was luke warm. The breadsticks were not fresh... the marinara sauce ordered came out at the end of the meal... I never did get the ice water that I asked for twice.
The server was absent most of the time... and it wasn't even very busy. We also noticed other tables were having problems as well.
We will not be back to this location... and will probably hesitate to return to other locations when we reflect back on this terrible experience.

So I've just moved to Orlando from Pensacola. I came here with my Momma and my best friend after experiencing an IKEA for the first time.Where better to eat for Mother's Day than an Olive Garden, right?
The inside of the restaurant was beautiful and gigantic. We got seated pretty immediately, even with the large amount of people present.
After we got promptly seated by our pleasant hostess, however, the good times ended. Olive Garden has a great blueprint for how things are supposed to work, but this waiter that we got just could not follow it.
We got no refills on drinks, and no refills on breadsticks for the entirety of the hour or so we were there. I should say we got no refills from him, because my Momma, who doesn't take no BS, decided to wave down a couple of other servers in the area to ask for some refills of the items.
He said he would bring us the refills, but just never did. He didn't apologize for never bringing them, and he couldn't even figure out how to work the Ziosk, so we had to wait 15 more minutes for him to find his way back to our table with the check.
I'm not usually this much of a Yelp pain in the ass, but gosh, it was just such an unpleasant experience.
I'm giving this place two stars just because Olive Garden is usually amazing, and the food was delicious. I had a Tour of Italy, and my company each got the Chicken Parm. Standardly delicious.

Called and they were nice enough to book us a table so we did not have to wait. Service was excellent and the food is great!
