The Olive Garden Restaurant Review

Great service and great food. I even received a free dessert for my birthday.

I like Olive Garden but this one takes the cake. This OG location simply put, SUCKS! The service is terrible and the food is horrible. You would think for the Milennia area it would be nicer but unfortunately this place needs to be overhauled.

True story, I bit into my chicken and gnocci soup and bit into a tendon or bone...anyway, it was disgusting and I'll probably never eat it again, even at other locations.

I will forever boycott this location for as long as I live in the Orlando area.

Food was wonderful...we ate at the bar and bar tenders were good too.

Great food, a little slow in initial service (busy), but everything great after that!!

This place is excellent! The staff are attentive and friendly!

I believe that the attention has to be equal for all. No differences. They treat the Latino in a different way.

We were able to get in and out for lunch in less then hour. Food was quick and delicious.

Great service. Chicken was undercooked in thickest piece, and I didn't have to mention it. Server brought me another piece. Exceeded my expectations with just that jester.

Ordered the never ending pasta with shrimp and scallops. It was disgusting I've used fresher shrimp for bait fishing. Over there years olive garden quality has taken a hit. In my area there are way too many delicious mom and pop Italian places I'll never waste money here again.

Food, quantity, service, all great. Already the price, so that it earns in Reais, gets expensive!

The "endless" bread sticks were not refilled despite that the restaurant only had a couple of tables. We also had to waive the server down for drink refills. Other than that, this is your typical Olive Garden

Came as a family of 7, the food took a little longer than usual but are server Liz was helping us as much as she could, keep it up! Food was delicious :)

I ordered curbside. The eggplant parmesan was great, the add on meatball was terrific; then there was the fettuccine alfredo that I was excited about because the commercials had just recently begun about how there was going to be "much more sauce in the alfredo". It was so dry that I couldn't even get the noodles to separate. Such a bummer because that sauce is like heaven.

The service was very poor, and the servers kept messing up the orders. I would not recommend. The food was ok, would have been better if it was served hot

Not up to their usual 4 or 5 star. Felt more like eating leftovers from the weekend.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere quite nice. The selection was quite large, but no pizza for example. It tasted quite ok

I was here with a few friends. We all loved our food and Brian, the manager visited our table and was very thankful for our business. It was nice to hear the words "Thank You for your business". Thank You, Brian.

Nice ambiance and good food...coupled with great staff

Was seated promptly and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. No hello, no be right with you, no give me a sec, we might as well have not existed. Walked out and was wished a pleasant evening by the host who sat us, obviously he didn't remember that he had just sat us.

Stopped in for soup and salad special of the week for $5.99

All went well, even though it was busy. The waiter still was able to check up on us regularly.

It is one of the nicest OG I know of. Great location, interior and services 9 out of 10 times is good, food is always great.

Excellent restaurant, good food, fair price, prompt service and well served dishes, we shared two dishes for 3 adults and one child and there were still food left

I would have to say the server was excellent but I think Darden needs to look into how everything is handled with Charolette as the manager she was abrupt with me came at me with a condescending attitude and when I asked if the reaturant was a corporate one kinda had a cocky attitude about that too.. I asked to use a Retail Me Not coupon and its not the money issue it was how she comes off with her attitude with guests. I know people who work directly with Darden Corp. And I will be speaking to them about this situation. She could have been more polite and more understanding I did not know that the system did not take retail me not Olive Garden coupons than they need to remove them from the Retail Me Not sites. But if you go for ok food, and good service don't ask to speak to her cause she will ruin you whole experience.

Worst service at the bar I have ever had. Couldn't get a beer for 20 min. The soup came out with only a little bit in the bottom. She didnt put in our order until we had been sitting down for 15 min. The whole bar was full of dirty plates and was only cleaned in the spots where somone was sitting down. But you would have to sit down for them to even clean it. If you see Sophia stay away.

Great cost benefit great food and not so expensive.

The house maintains the standard of the chain but the last time we were there the waiter forgot to write down one of the dishes we ordered and went through our lunch there.

Food was excellent, ordered the tour of Italy and unlimited soup, salad, breadsticks. Service from Israel was superb! Will be visiting this location again as it beats out all the rest!!!

Great wait staff. Nice place to take the family when you are in Orlando for a family vacation. It was a break from the amusement park food.

Olive Garden is a go to for soup, salad and common dishes you can count on. However I desperately wish they would have a Kid Zone. I don t want to pay for a meal to listen to a bratty kids cry, scream and throw temper tantrums the entire time. A total ambience wasted.

The food was good and he serve was friendly.
The salad was free and nice. We had the stuffed mushrooms, shrimp and chicken pasta and the Best Trio (I m not sure if that the name) which was a bit salty I guess it s because of all the different flavors (chicken breast in a pesto sauce, pasta and lasagna)

My favorite restaurant in Miami and Orlando ..... Italian type food and the best minestrone sopita or Italian salad ask for an entree included ....

Same atmosphere as usual. Food was good for me but not for my wife. I think the a lot depends on server if they bring out the food on time and not leave it under the warmer. Service was ok at best.

Always great food and service. $5 add on take home meal is a super deal. And the pasta soup was like chili which I crave on a cold Orlando day. An excellent experience.

My girlfriends and I came here for a late lunch/dinner after dress shopping for a wedding. Our food was great and the service was great! Maya took care of all our needs and I'm glad that she found our table entertaining because we're an entertaining bunch. Lol She was very patient with us and talked with us for a bit and made the experience personable. :) Thank you, Maya! You're a beautiful person!

I loved it. The food is excellent, and the price is consistent. It's worth getting to know.
