Perfect

Beautiful building, clean, comfortable and luxurious room. Courteous, accommodating and professional staff. Informative and delightful gift shop personnel and bar staff. Restaurant has delicious food served by attentive and helpful staff. The quality of the cuisine rivals many restaurants in Paris. Strongly recommend the Chicken Kiev and sparkling Russian white wine. The breakfasts were wonderful. Already recommended hotel to friends and if we return to St Petersburg it would definitely be our first choice. This hotel was perfect for us.

Incredible hotel. It looks like a palace. Very luxurious and with large and very comfortable rooms. Cleanliness excellent. Impeccable service and very attentive. Certainly the best of St Petersburg. Hermes Amenities. Highly recommend.

The room was great. It is a bit far from the centre though.

Nice hotel located close to downtown. Room was spacious and nicely laid out. Minus half-a-star for cleanliness (hair in our freshly-made bed is not clean), minus a star and a half for the food quality; the in-room dining was spectacularly underwhelming (food was cold and tasteless, we were hungry yet left our food mostly untouched). When checking out, I mentioned the food was of poor quality and I discovered it is a known fact by the staff and it is being addressed. The hotel hopes the food will be of better quality when I come back. HINT: I won t.

One of the largest culture museums in the world! Personal collections and old collections can be found here. I recommend with pleasure!

This hotel was owned recently, converted from an old estate. The traditional elegance contrasts starkly with the modern amenities like touch lighting and AC in the rooms. You can buy tickets to the museum and skip the lines. Also, arrange tours and transportation. Breakfast was great. This hotel is about 4 km away from the museum. Don't make the mistake I did and assume they are nearby.

In the details, but here it is impossible, everything is perfect and precise ... the room is cleaned twice a day and you will never come across the floor staff as they are so discreet. We stayed in a suite. Every evening there is a classical concert in the hall. The breakfasts are exceptional. I think they serve the best breakfast in a hotel and that's the opinion of people who have traveled a lot. We hope to come back as soon as possible after the health crisis and stay at this dream hotel again ....

I stayed there for a night only visiting Distillery's office in Saint Petersburg. The hotel was very conveniently located to our office around the corner. The room was decently sized and the service was impeccable.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel itself is beautiful. Service was very friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. It is located very conveniently in the center so you can walk to a lot of sights and they also offer a shuttle to the Hermitage as well as a vending machine for Hermitage tickets. The Spa is small but beautiful. Overall - nothing to complain about :)

The hotel did not live, but the restaurant had a banquet. It looks no worse than the Hermitage itself, only without paintings. Dinner was delicious, a beautiful presentation of dishes, a harp played at the entrance to the hotel. I ll be happy to come again.

Only 2 dining experiences in my life have moved me to tears, and the most recent was at Catherine the Great Restaurant at the Hermitage Hotel. The service was out of this world, the food exceeded any world-class michelin star restaurants I have experienced. The food was so fresh (farm-to-table), and the artistry of the blends of flavors and presentation was brought to a symphony crescendo with the accompaniment of the grand piano. The ambiance transports you to Venice with the Venetian tapestries and French chandeliers, and the most enchanting candelabra that appeared to have a flirtatious smile. If you have never had a perfect experience, then all you have to do is make a reservation and prepare to have an emotional experience.

If you are an impressionists fan, love middle age heritage and would like to listen to what is behind the picture. The Hermitage is where you belong. Go there nothing to carry because you will walk a lot in one of the most amazing treasures. Drawings were mostly collected from west Europe belong to the impressionists with classic painting methods to the most developed just before the WWI. Behind every painting there is a long story. Borrow the narrative system for 350 rubles, which comes with many languages and invest 3 to 4 good hours inside. Take relaxing shoes and a bottle of water.

Professional staff, fresh room, good service! Everything was top notch! Easy to park outside, pretty close to the subway. It is not "in the middle of the batter" which means that it is a quiet and quiet area. If I go back to St Petersburg again, it will be the same hotel.

The price of EUR 170 for a double room does not include breakfast and spa access. If the administrator notified us about the first, then the second was an unpleasant surprise.
The cost of visiting the spa (large jacuzzi and 2 saunas) is 20 euros per person. There is no pool, there is a shallow bath with underwater massages and very cold water. There is an information sign on the wall that the water cannot be more than 29 degrees, but for some reason the administration did 26. It is impossible to sit for a massage after the sauna. The Finnish sauna did not work.
Unreasonably high prices in the lobby bar. You cannot find coffee for 6 euros in every European capital.

Location of the hotel is good its on Rubinstein 10 with amazing rooms especially washrooms lift got stuck during my stay so thumbs down for it service of the hotel is poor room service is not on point plus reception staff is not that helpful one of my partner at the stay was having birthday they arranged the cake the next day when the birthday was gone

This is probably the nicest and coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. I wish I could give it more then 5 stars. I stayed in a suite, and the furniture was all old styled and very classic. Very interesting design. The service was impeccable and food was great.
